Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - November 2006

i think some of my friends think that i am only bi because of my fiance but thats not even true it was me that brought it up first and we have fun doing what we do and i feel very judged by people for this??

that the reason for homophobia or hating another culture is because they are afraid of people who are diiferent or things they don't understand? To me in a way that's a cop out. I by far am not a smart person but I'm happy with that, I cant help my kids with alot of their homework because let's face it I'm dumb. But I would never use my stupidity for hating someone or being afraid of someone. Common sense tells me that it's good that people are "different" wouldn't this be a BORING world if we were all the same?

A few weeks ago, I broke up with my first girlfriend. We were dating for five months and developed a strong emotional bond, so we want to stay friends. We still have long phone calls, hug each other a lot, and keep up some old "traditions" (meeting eachother at work, etc).

I know she's still hurting, and I know she still hopes we can get back together, but I want her to be open for new relationships. I don't want to do anything that "keeps her guessing", or makes her afraid to meet someone new in case I "suddenly want to make things work". What are some really good, clear boundaries that we can follow so that both of us can move forward and remain good friends?

My son is gay, and he told me this a couple of years ago but didn't want me to tell his father yet. But, I really think his father needs to know now, and he agrees. To be quite honest, I'm surprised he hasn't figured it out already. My son is 15, and he is pretty much what you would expect from a homosexual boy nowadays. He is real skinny, wears makeup, is into the latest fashions, etc. My husband yells at him sometimes, telling him to "stop being such a pansy" or something along those lines, but doesn't think he's gay. He is /very/ homophobic, and I'm almost scared for my son. How do I help him come out to his fahter?

Do you think they care? Do you need two points that bad? Do you realize you could be reported too? Are you aware they are setting you up for violations?

Why don't (most) of you people understand?? Homosexuality is not bad. We all know what are genes determine everything about us. Guys we know that around 12-13 we stoped playing with girls and suddenly want to kiss them (and do other things). I've seen gay kids grow up - they act different from the begening of their lives.

There is only 1 Logical Conclusion - People are BORN gay. Theres NO evidence against this and theres TONS of evidence to support it.

And, for you "religous" people who think its wrong - Don't you also belive a "god" creates us all? Why would the god create gay people? Just another contradicting question for your false religion.

Homosexuality is not wrong - it's a genetic abnormality, no more different than a phsyical genetic abnormality such as elephantitus, or a mental genetic abnormality such as autism. The same abnormalities have been discovered in many different animals. However, since these animals die off in nature - they are much more rare.

My boyfriend bought me a cell phone a few monthes ago so we would have a way to keep in contact with one another. Over the last month we have seen and heard less and less from one another. Last night I called him and at first there was an answer only to be disconnected. I called back and a dog barked in the phone but there was no answer. This morning I called his cell phone and there was no answer and then I called his home phone and there was a message that said that this phone line has been disconnected. What do you think of this? How should I react?

God loves all his creations .love is all good.To think otherwise is prejudice.We all deserve to have a loved one of either sex.I am afraid so many people kill themselves or contemplate suicide be cause of this prejudice.
