I just recently moved to Georgia and was wondering if anyone could help inform me about some of the resources that are availible in Georgia. ie: Suport Groups, Health Care, Therapists, Vocal Coaches, etc.

I can only direct you to a main resource site and then from there you will find links and folks that can tell you more.
Acouple of folks on there are living in GS and are either in transition or are transgendered.

have you looked up a group called tri ess. they are based in savannah and another group is in atlanta, while a 3rd group is in the greenville-spartanburg area of south carolina. a 4th group to the best of my knowledge is forming in the columbia, sc/charleston areas as well. a 5th group is in charlotte, nc as well
