If from yourself, how am i wrong?
If from society, how is another society wrong?
What's the standard that judges whether one person is right and one person is wrong?
Was Hitler wrong in his actions? If he was, why? Was he wrong because his morality was different from everyone else?
1+1=2, but what's that third thing that tells us who is right and who is wrong?

Why is it that when I watch the news its mostly black people who are getting in fights or going to jail or living in the slums? Or if they are white people its normally white people who act black. I don't knock what Martin Luther King did, but I feel like whenever his day comes around a lot of blacks use it as an excuse to throw the race card around. Its crazy how many lawsuits come out for racism around MLK day? They hate when a white person used the N word yet they use it ALL THE TIME! I think that in order for the world to be better the black people need to take hold of the other blacks who are getting into trouble and using the N word and start going off on them for it. Teach the kids that it’s not ok for ANYONE to use the N word. Don't just get mad when a white person says it get mad when ANYONE says it. I truly believe that racism is not as bad as people make it out to be. Why do blacks have such a high crime rate? I just don't understand it.

My mother(47) my brother(14) and my sister(7) just got evicted from their apartment and have no place to put their stuff and no where to stay.
Except they moved out of here(my house) 3 ms ago. All of them used to live here since june of last year because she had no job or steady income. however she was supposed to help pay for bills and rent here and didn't, so we fell behind on everything. We are trying very hard to get back on the right side...but i dont want to do what's morally wrong.
If i give her the chance again, they will continue to mooch off our(mine and my DH) niceness. And we can support 3 other people.
when they lived here they had the spare room (which we recently painted) and sat TV and internet plus my whole garage was full of their stuff so she could save $$$ on storage. I'm a good person but i dont like being taken advantage of...however i'm torn wether helping them or letting them sink. this is the 3rd time they need to move back in.

You know it's going to happen. One day we'll reanimate a dead, cryogenically frozen brain and that person will say, "wow, it was just total black nothingness. I simply ceased to exist."

Finally, we'll be able to put all this god and religion nonsense to bed once and for all, and humanity can finally get its act together.

I can't wait!

The lady on the radio today was talking about they gym she goes to to work out. She was expressing concerns about the clothing the girls and women wear at her gym. Many were wearing swim wear; 1 piece, 2 piece, and some were wearing UnderArmor underware.

She felt this was terribly wrong to wear in a gym. Some agreed with her, many, especially mothers with daughters, did not!

One woman made a good response. "Why is it OK to wear a bikini at a beach, in public, in front of hundreds of people, but NOT ok to wear a bikini indoors, in a controlled environment like a gym? Are people going to see something they would not see at the beach?"

What do you think? I thought this was a double standard.

This question goes out to all the Christians out there who constantly post variants of Pascal’s wager asking what do you have to loose if you worship God. Keep in mind this is purely a hypothetical question.

Say after you die you realize there is an afterlife, but hold on, it’s not the one you had expected. You find yourself in the presence of the Egyptian God of the Dead, Anubis. He’s about to weigh your heart against the weight of a feather. This will decide your fate in the afterworld. What say you? What would be your reaction if you found out that you had picked the wrong God? Is your heart as light as a feather?

You see There are more options than just "god exists" or "there is no god" with the wager. I bet Anubis or Hades wouldn't be amused at all by Pascal's Wagerers. To say nothing of obscure blood-thirsty Aztec death-gods. Should one worship all of those, just in case they are right as well? And what, pray tell, about all the possible Gods that have never been worshiped?
