Really, find a charity that already does this and ask how you can help. Or, you can find a local church and get people together to form a committee, to research what's needed and get it donated and shipped and delivered.

What are you going to send, money food, clothing?????
How many people do you have to help you. Have you gotten a non-profit status? How much of each dollar will reach Africa. What country do you have targeted. Are you going to use an existing outlet in Africa or are you going to start one.
I think you have a little work to do. If you really want to help either volenteer or donate to an existing charity.
