Should I start decorating the other areas of my house and save the Christmas tree for closer to Thanksgiving? I'm hosting the Christmas Party for my husbands office in Mid-December, but will be out of town a lot throughout November.

It would be ideal if the stats detailed how many people between the ages of 3 & 5 were living in California in each of those years, but I could work with general population stats.

i have read the quran and read the bible and to be honest when i read the bible i dont feel any peace but when i read the quran ifeel warm inside and wow all the meanings are so beutifull and i like the way a muslims are. and too be honest the way im living my life isnt good i dont like this life what shall i do shall i keep studying all the religions and find which one is for me because at the end of the day allah sent all these books and i truly believe islam is the right way someone please help what should i do im really comfussed.

i am tired of the media and journalist covering this man on the news 24 hours when there are other important news coverage in the world. for the past few months he has not been on any news cast and that is good . They have reported that he will go broke due to his crazy spending for almost 12 years now and nothing has happened and he would not sell any more records but he counties to sell records. so despite their fake predications they won't leave him alone and i have noticed that most journalist who obsessed with him are mainly whites like Nancy grace who would develop one hours of news coverage.

I posted this in the LGBT section so that people won't post crap here.

I'm 17 and my girlfriend of a year just broke up with me. She said she wasn't attracted to me anymore and that she liked this ugly girl better.

I just want to die. I lie in my room, but every object in my room reminds me of her. I can't shake the feeling at all. Last night, I had to sleep with my parents, and I couldn't sleep until they gave me some pills.

I don't know what to do or what to think right now.

I was just reading a question someone asked about Robin Hood and it reminded me that I read somewhere, that the legend of Robin Hood was based in Wales not Nottingham. Someone's written a book about it but I can't remember, I read an article some time ago. Anyone throw any light on this?

I was just wondering how many responders here, chose their religion or had an 'epiphany' or 'enlightenment' that made them chose a particular religion?
I am not religious in the slightest, but I grew up as a Roman Catholic and was kept away from all other religious practices, until at age 11, I realised it was all baloney, and stopped believing.

So, answer me this, specifically the Christian and Muslim religions, ARE you Christian/Muslim, JUST because of who you were born to, and blindly follow, or did you appraise all of the other major religions and pick the one you fancied most?

This question also relates, i suppose, to social conditioning.

I am not eloquent enought to argue with everyone but i found the site... www.godisimaginary.com a great help, you should really have a look.

PLEASE, don't cut and paste 29 or so paragraphs from a holy book. I won't read it.

Is it just me, or are you also bothered by the fact that a growing number of people these days put very little effort into typing their questions or answers? I can't count the number of times that I've tried to read a question or answer only to get so frustrated at the number of misspelled words or lack of punctuation that I just give up on reading it all together. Doesn't anyone take pride in their communication skills anymore? I just had to vent, thanks for listening.

I worked for years as a bouncer, one nite this chick came in and as I checked her ID I noticed that she was wearing her dress inside out tags sticking rite out the side about waist high, on of those one piece sweater type skirts. I thought for a second( should I tell her or not?) I decided not to tell her. As she walked past the other bouncer, he says to me: " Hay that chick has her dress inside out you gotta tell her" Told him I wasn't saying anything. So he went and told her.......HOLY.......She got really pissed and left.

I guess my question is: Was I right for not saying anything? or Was he right for telling her? I was trying to save her some embarrassment.
