Yes I do. The greatest example to follow is in the Bible. Along with many other good teachings to follow in our everyday life.

This is the same book that teaches us to Stone gay people to death. So- there are some examples in the bible that teach love, and there are others that teach hate.
Should we forgive adulterers, or stone them to death?

That goes without saying. Jesus gave His life on the cross for you and me. Sometimes we forget what a sacrifice that was. There is no greater love.

Yes, for humans, that is the greatest testament of love.
Don't forget John 3:16, however, which is the greatest love, period, which humans cannot even pretend to be able to enact.

I suppose it could, but in all reality, how many of us have the chance to give up our lives for others? Not many. I think a better example of Love would be something that everyday people can relate to that has more meaning for people in their everyday lives.

"Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love" (1 John 4:7-8). (Eph. 3:14-19). "For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God"
Notice in verse 18 that God's love isn't just one-dimensional. There is height, depth, length, and breadth to it. Many Christians only see God's love as they would see a painting, in one-dimension. They've never seen the multi-dimensional reality of God's love.
In verse 19, Paul said as we experience God's love, which is superior to mere knowledge of God's love, then we would be filled with all the fullness of God. What a statement! Are you lacking in any area of your life? If so, you lack a revelation of God's love. Experiencing God's love equals fullness.
