I am trying very hard not to stereotype but I am very curious. I own a German Shepherd and have seen many people who are uncomfortable around him. (Understandibly--he is over 100 pounds, and has a very strong bark). I live in an area with a very large number of hispanic people and have noticed that more of them than usual seem to be afraid of our very friendly dog. Even big, tough guys seem to stop dead in their tracks when the see my dog approaching them. I was just wondering if it had something to do with their culture, or if it's all just a coincidence.

I know Christmas is about giving gifts. But, why do parents go overboard. I don't have any children of my own, but I have a niece and a nephew. The last few years they got so many toys that they literally got bored and overwhelmed opening them.

It's obviously Halloween now, and by legend and myth the veil between our world and the "after world" is thinnest now....
I was wondering if there were any things I could do (that doesn't include sacrifices or candles) for tonight. Like rituals or un-evil spells, lol.
I am a psychic and a Christian, but I do like and respect a lot of other religions and beliefs, including magick-studdying wiccans.

Before you go ranting about how the Qur'an has contradictions, unless the analysis and reading are done in arabic, it is worthless. Since most of you cannot read arabic, nor are the sites you read analyze the Qur'an in arabic, again it is worthless. Arab Christians have yet to find anything wrong with the Noble Qur'an. You can criticize the english translation all you want. I wouldn't have included this if people didn't go off on tangents about Islam and also if people realized the english translation of the Qur'an doesn't equate to the Qur'an. continued...

all yahoo is, is a breeding ground for radical liberals and id like to open an account elsewhere. not really familiar with others cause ive been with yahoo for years so some input from actual users of other providers would help. i hope yahoo knows that they suck and im sure more and more people will follow suit. but sadly, they will most likely violate me on this because it does not conform to liberal ideals such as their own. i guess i'd better behave or i might get another threatining e-mail from yahoo admin. i take back any bad thing ive said about this sad attempt at a website

I don't understand why they bother to look in your bag without checking your receipt. If it's even legal. When I worked for them I was patted down by some phoney asking me for a "hug". Next time she squeezed my sleeves. I don't have a problem with legit security but I wonder if we are letting our rights get trampled. I guess I don't appreciate being called a thief. Anyhow let me know what you think and if you have had any experiances.
