Generally speaking, it's the same as the views of the Catholic Church - The bible is incredibly clear on the subject, the bible is valid, therefor the conclusion regarding Homosexuality is fairly clear.
Note that this is a major generalization, but then again, so is "Protestant Church."

There's a gay man who goes to the Protestant church my mom goes to. It's in a backwards, redneck town in Ohio, but people seem to tolerate him. But as for their official stance, I don't think they would be allowed to become priests, although I think they are more inclusive than some other denominations.

Homosexual and other sin are of no different. All sins are wrong and hated by God.
However, God loves sinners and will forgive those who truthly repent and sin no more.
Ezekiel 33 speak of it clearly, if the wicked shall repend, they shall lives. But even if the righteous shall leave the path and turn wicked, he shall die.
Like all sinners, all are welcome to fellowship in the church. Just as the robber cannot, and should not insist to continue to live in robbing, nor the rapist shall not and cannot insist on continuing to rape. so shall the Homosexual. They shall sin no more.
The robber should not raise their voice to say that God make them this way, and since God is Love and accept all sinner, so it is ok for them to continue to rob.
Can you imagine if the rapist said the same thing, and demand everyone to accepte them as they are, coming to church, but continue to rape?
So is the Homosexual, they should not insist to continue their homosexual practises. Just come, repent and receive the blessing of God. Let's worship the one truth God together.

They actually have tried to spread homosexuality in the early 1780s. Now, though, they've become bigots and are burning gays and lesbians at the stake every Sunday.

that depends on the denomination--baptists are the coolest ones with it--they're the ones who have been pointing out where the bible verses are just interpereted a certain way and it doesn't really say it's sinful at all

Most consider it immoral and a sin, especially the more conservative ones like Southern Baptist.
However, more liberal ones like United Church of Christ and some Episcopalians say that it can be moral.

IT IS SIN.
TO SAY IT IS NOT, IS TO CALL THE BIBLE A LIE.
AND THAT WOULD BE CALLING GOD A LIAR.
SO , I BELIEVE THE BIBLE.
