i was a guest at a very formal dinner party the other day, we used various cutlery and the food was positively delicious. however at one point, one of the other guests dropped his eye glasses on the floor just behind me and as he knelt down to pick them up i accidentally broke wind in his face, and it was rather loud too. and it was quite smelly, everybody stopped what they were doing and started staring . what should i do if this ever happens again?

I heard you found a new religion, that's got nothing to do with God. They're politically correct, a liberated little sect, a self appointed tollerance squad. You say that you've been enlightened, and the problem lies with people like me. You say that you're tollerant and open minded, well here's your chance to prove it to me. Tollerate this; I believe in marriage between a woman and a man, I believe in driving the biggest car I can, a good old fashioned spanking is necessary not cruel. You're preaching tollerance to me while you're standing there shaking your fist? Tollerate this; you claim to be so accepting, but all you do is yell at people like me, up in my face, invading my space, telling me what I should believe. And when it comes to religion, Christianity tops your hit list. You say you're tollerant, well here's your chance to put your money where your mouth is. Tollerate this; I believe in Jesus, and prayer in public shcool. I believe that evolution makes a monkey out of you. I don't believe in separation of church and state. Tollerate this; I own a Smith and Wesson and a shotgun too, I think the founding fathers wouldn't have tolerated you. I think that global warming is just a bunch of crap. Take a look in the mirror next time you're pitching a fit and tollerate this.

Not a particularly rude question is it? But some of the answers had a very defensive tone eg: "Who are you to deny me that? My going to church doesn't hurt you." Did someone spill your milk?

I would define it as Truth and Fantasy are on opposite ends of an extreme, and Reality is somewhere in the middle.

For example, I love someone in my Reality, my Fantasy is that they might one day be my wife and have a family with me, and Truth is they are my friend.

Or Theologically, Truth might be there is no God, some might fantasize about an atonement for sin and a ticket into heaven, while the reality is for that person they have a crutch to not blame themselves for their past mistakes.

The Atheist must forgive themselves,

Both hit the bottle, do they not, is that their reality?

What are your secrets that you don't let your Truth know because you keep them locked up in Fantasy?

there are far more things worse then us wiccans. and for joey, would you like to give me a hug? and as for the, no offense but i don't know your name, gay guy thank you for your input it was very insightful and helpful it is good to know that people are open minded and just so you know i hope that one day you will be able to get married because i personally not being gay believe that everyone can find love whether it be a man and another man woman and a woman or man and a woman, people should read into what they are talking about before they say such rude things, i try to be as nice as i can but i personally believe that you should treat others with the respect they give you unless i see fit other wise if you want to be mean to me and my kind, right back at you, i am not as crude as some of you guys but that is because i choose to be, you guys should try it maybe you won't piss off so many people. i fear that the world has missed out on so much because they close their minds.

In Islam God says very clearly: "I am Allah (the God). There is no god but Me, so worship Me and establish salat (prayers) to remember Me." (Quran Surah Ta Ha, 14)

In Judaism God says very clearly: "I am the first, and I am the Last, and beside Me there is no God" (Is. 44:6)

But why in Christianity, Jesus never says such words? He never says "I am God" or "Worship Me". Don't you think he was not god but a normal man (prophet)?

The closest he said was "I and my Father are one", but that is equally true for all prophets! Since all the prophets preach God's words! Your comments...
