I think people should be more sympathetic. Yes Muslims are the ost intolerant hatefilled people in all the world, but you would be the same, if you lived in single sex communities where your sexual energy was a big pressure cooker than the hate Imam would release whenever it chose.

If you believed in a God, whose voice sounded like this:

“Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a HORRIBLE MURDERING.” http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/033.qmt.html#033.061

Wouldnt you also be violent and hatefilled?

Suppose I convinced you that Gengeis Khan was a holy prophet of God....wouldnt murder and warlording seem more holy and would you be willing to murder for Allah more easily?

Come on people...understand Islam...

I am filling out an application online for a waiter position at an upscale hotel restaurant. I have never been a waiter before but experience is not necessary there as they will train the right person. I am stumped on this question.... " A guest asks you for something that you are out of. The guest gets very upset and starts to walk out of the restaurant. How do you handle this situation." I have no idea! Are there any servers out there that could help me out? Or anyone who has been a guest in this situation? Thank you in advance.

The type of ghosts I believe in aren't the ones that try to spook us to death or try to kill anyone that goes near it. The ghosts I believe in are ones that either protect or watch over others or famliy members. However, my curiosity over true stories about ghosts facinates me. So, please, feel free to tell me any true ghost stories you've heard or witnessed within your very eyes. But try and not mention any gory details.

Hi everybody I just started reading the Bible everday from start to finish, and just have a question. Why did God place the Tree of knowledge of good and evil in the garden? Did Satan request this? I mean, why couldn't He have just left out that tree? When you read more, more questions come up!

And also, was the serpent in Genesis the snake it is today? Because God cursed it and said to walk on its belly, was the snake a different appearance? Thanks everyone! Gob Bless you all.

I am not shouting that I'm saved,
I am whispering that I was lost,
That's why I chose his way.

When I say I am a Christian...
I don't speak of this with pride,
I am confessing that I stumble,
Needing God to be my guide.

When I say I am a Christian...
I am not trying to be strong,
I am professing that I am weak,
and pray for straight to carry on.

When I say I am a Christian...
I am not bragging of success,
I'm admitting that I have failed
and cannot even pay my debt.

When I say I am a Christian...
I don't think I know it all,
I submit to my confusion,
asking humbly to be taught.

When I say I am a Christian...
I'm not claiming to be perfect,
my flaws are too visible, but
God believes I'm worth it.

When I say I am a Christian...
I still feel the sting of pain,
I have shared my heartache,
Which is why I seek His name.

I do not wish to judge...
I have no authority. I only know that
I am Loved

Poki, by the way, I say to Muslims what I say in here...Im serious. They dont want any. Never.

Actually Poki, I was suprised at first. To be straight with you, I expected Muslims to be very brash and try to kick my butt. Time and time again, they get furious, but run away.

Heres what I realized, and if you dont agree Poki, then type in here "I swear to Allah I believe your wrong" >>> I realized that Muslims are the most cowardly of any religious or idealogical community. Its when they are in sizable numbers when they get loud and very boastful.

As I say Poki, I expected the opposite, but I learned something from these experiences. People confuse the suicide bomber with "courage". thats not the case at all. Watch the interviews PBS did with failed suicide bombers and captured recruiters. 99% of the time, they are kids who are told "press the button, you feel nothing, and then the virgins await you".

Actually, they probably dont feel anything...so that much is true.

I all the news, the portrait of the Islamic faith is not painted with a bright colored brush. I know some true followers of Islam and they aer wonderful people. But as a Christian, I am getting a little cocerned about the silence of the Muslim commuinty when a Nun gets shot in the back? As a black man, I am very critical of my own people when I feel we do not hold up our end of the bargain. Do Muslims feel the same way. When Christians are in the wrong, i am also the first one to call them out for their wrong doings. I am not trying to insult your faith at allm but I just want a deeper understanding of your thoughts!!

I beleive in ghosts, reincarnation, and the ability to summon spirits. I just now realized this little flaw. Could someone explain to me how this all works out?

Please don't answer if you believe in once saved--always saved, or if you believe in salvation by works. I'm looking for an honest answer. I mean if salvation is a free gift, received by faith, then why does it seem so hard to be saved? Why do we have to "Work out our salvation with fear and trembling"? Does God want us to be so sorely afraid of him, that we serve him out of fear
for losing our salvation? Or are we supposed to believe that we're
saved as soon as we say the sinner's prayer, and continue from there? Does a person have to have a complete understanding of lordship BEFORE they can be saved? Or are we just supposed to live day by day in obedience, not really knowing what God is going to ask us to do next? I mean I know God's word is his will, but he doesn't reveal everything to us at once. Sorry, but I'm confused. Can someone help me?
