I all the news, the portrait of the Islamic faith is not painted with a bright colored brush. I know some true followers of Islam and they aer wonderful people. But as a Christian, I am getting a little cocerned about the silence of the Muslim commuinty when a Nun gets shot in the back? As a black man, I am very critical of my own people when I feel we do not hold up our end of the bargain. Do Muslims feel the same way. When Christians are in the wrong, i am also the first one to call them out for their wrong doings. I am not trying to insult your faith at allm but I just want a deeper understanding of your thoughts!!

Exactly! As for myself, that is the complaint. For the most part, Christians will confront other Christians who are bringing shame to the gospel of Christ. You do not see this in Islam. The relentless violence in Islam seldom if ever is condemned by the greatest majority of Muslims.

There is no such thing as a "radical" or "moderate" or "fundamentalist" Muslim. They are all the same and believe exactly the same things. Some are more vocal than others, some are less afraid of revealing the truth of their beliefs. But under their skin, they all want the same thing.
Why should they be content with living in the sands of G-d's armpit? They want to live where you live and they despise you.

if muslims are upset about the Pope's comments regarding spreading the word of mohammed via the sword (he was just quoting some 14th century writer), then why are the muslims displaying acts of violence against this? just watch the evening news...they want death to the pope, death of a nun is connected.....they are only reinforcing what has been said.

If Muhammad spread his religion by the sword then Christ preached the same religion as Muhammad and it is Christ who spoke in the Gospels when he said;:
"THINK NOT THAT I AM COME TO SEND PEACE ON EARTH: I CAME NOT TO SEND PEACE BUT A SWORD". Matthew 10:34
Christ therefore prophesied the coming of Muhammad as one of his own.

most of the muslim recruiting in this country is from the prisons, that should tell you something about the religion, or at least how it is being sold these days.
