First, we have no real picture of the Last Supper. The one by Michelangelo was painted centuries later. But he based it on the Gospels which say that the apostle John was closest to Jesus and leaning on his chest. There is no mention of a woman being at the Last Supper. In fact, strict Jews, and Jesus was a good Jew, would not have celebrated the seder with men and women mixed at table.

No one was "sitting" next to Jesus at the Last Supper.
Reclining one one elbow was the normal posture for meals at the time.

Assuming you mean 'Jesus' when you say 'god', I think the answer is yes. Mary Magdalen is believed to be Jesus' 'old lady', his wife.
