more stories about true ghost sightings?

The type of ghosts I believe in aren't the ones that try to spook us to death or try to kill anyone that goes near it. The ghosts I believe in are ones that either protect or watch over others or famliy members. However, my curiosity over true stories about ghosts facinates me. So, please, feel free to tell me any true ghost stories you've heard or witnessed within your very eyes. But try and not mention any gory details.

When my grandmother died, after her funeral my mother and father woke to someone talking in our kitchen when they both went to see what it was a thin cloud of smoke went under the door. They both swear they saw it.

And a few years ago (the year my grandmother would have retired). A Man who was living in the cabin she and my Grandfather were to live in, asked my Aunt if she could come stay the night because he kept seeing images of a woman trying to come at him and he wanted to know if my Grandmother was trying to get him out of her cabin.

HEEHEE, she was ornery

my neighbor has a ghost or maybe ghosts.. she grew tired of the mischief after 6 yrs. and told the ghost 2 leave we don't want you here.. the ghost picked up the salt and pepper shakes and threw them and left.. only 2 be seen looking through the window from outside.. i believe.. i really do..

clothing properties and automobiles don't have spirits. ghosts may well be contemporary in properties or automobiles by way of fact the ghost would have an attachment to the region and be donning an outfit from a reminiscence of theirs or quite often the outfit they died in.
