I've definitely felt like this before and its pretty common I think. We don't always feel fantastic all the time but I think its important to separate your seft worth from your failure at a particular task. You are loved by God just because he created you and you are exactly as He wanted you to be. I find my meaning and significance from who I am to God and in my relationship with Christ.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try not to focus on past failures but look forward and have hope about the future. Nobody is worthless to God.

Well, you already took one important step--asking others for help to improve. I think that's a sign of someone determined to make a positive change. So you see, you're really NOT a failure! Just hang in there, keep up the hard work, and things will get better.

Do something that makes you happy, such as a hobby. You could also visit some relatives or friends that you haven't seen in awhile.
One thing I do is make a list of all the things I think I am failing at and then one by one I try to find a way to accomplish them.
Just be sure not to be a couch-potato...that will only make it worse.
Good Luck!

When at first you don't suceed, try, try, again!!! Go to some nursing homes, and cheer someone up, who doesn't get the chance to fail, or do something different. Get busy, and do for others, you will find your failures grow dimmer and dimmer, and don't really seem to matter, after a while.

Go visit with some people in a nursing home.
A failure isn't one who trys and fails but one who fails to try.

When all else fails, I go out and have an ice cream. It always makes me feel better.

I find going for a walk is a good thing. Or writing.
Do something you enjoy for awhile.
