I mean can’t creatism simply be a way of explaining how God created humans? Could you please tell me where the bible disproves creatism, and don’t tell me Genesis 1. I mean God works in mysterious ways this can be one example. I mean God created everything, but how he created it is never said, right? Tell me what you think. By the way tell me if you are a Christian or agnostic.

I was baptized as a baby but never confirmed. I did go to confession a few times as a child but I don't remember much. Anyway, I'm in college and I kind of feel guilty & not sure I'll be welcomed in church, will I?

Also I'm in a new city & I don't know anyone Catholic here, how do I start? Will any church welcome me? How do I know which one to go to?

One more thing, sorry, if I can't prove I was baptized will I have to be baptized again? Thank you

even after the Ten Commandments said “Thou shall not kill”. For example, God kills 70,000 innocent people because David ordered a census of the people (1 Chronicles 21). First of all, similar statements are made in judaism and islam, but those are separate posts. We're only talking about Cristianity here.
I am amazed at how hard it is for people to see how this statement is the source of great suffering and hatred in the world. Think about this logically:
1. "I accept JC as my Lord and Saviour. Because of this, God smiles upon me and therefore, I am going to heaven." Isn't this a valid interpretation of the first line in this post**? If no, why not?
2. "If you do not accept JC as your Lord and Saviour, you are NOT going to heaven." Is this statement not implied by the first line of this post**?
3. If Mr. White is going to heaven, and Mr Black is not, then isn't Mr. White BETTER than Mr. Black. If not, why not?

I'm a private hire driver in Scotland and usualy Americans tip the best as it is customary over there, however, some of them seem to think that just because it isnt customary here they dont have to. I can understand my native scots not tipping as most of them are grippy and wont pay a penny more than what is due. but, I lose all respect for any American that does that. I cant make my mind up if they are just stingy or they they are just insulting my intelligence. If I let slip I've been to America four times they always tip me. If I stay quiet, I get nothing. I'm lucky if it gets rounded up to the nearest quid. This seems to have nothing to do with my driving or any other aspect of the service. I am widely regarded as one of the best drivers in my fleet. I take it as an insult every time this happens. I get better tips from local scum than I do from some of these fools. personally I wouldnt dream of demanding exact change from anyone, especially a driver. is this just ignorance?

I'm a Christian and Christians believe that the more we follow Christ the more Satan attacks us. Well a year ago I suffered through an emotional and mental and physical(slight) trauma, and I don't know if it's satan or my psyche haunting me and calling me a liar. I told the truth! Help? Ok ok maybe I white lied on a couple of details but he's in jail now and he won't hurt any more women! like he has in the past. Any suggestions? God says to confess to someone I will.

We're just evolved piles of carbon-based organic matter.

We have no real purpose, as far as the universe is concerned. (To think otherwise is just silly)

Why do people want to feel like you are part of something "bigger"?

Why not just have fun and live peacefully?

Why must you feel the need to have an afterlife? Deep down, you know it's logically impossible. Why not accept it and just live your life without trying to score points with a god?

Dude, I love my life and I love life in general because it's fun. I seriosuly doubt that there is any real point to any of it, but that doesn't bother me. I've never connected with or even wanted to connect with a god and 20 bucks I'm happier right now than you are.

Why are you so scared of dying that you must look for some god to comfort you? Nothing bad happens after you die. Nothing happens. It's not at all depressing, just incomprehensible to a human mind.

I just want a peaceful world dude.

Did you transfer from one church to another, changed "religion", or what..
I love my church but I'm thinking of leaving and not go to church anymore because I get really upset with some people. I find it harder to forgive 'christians' who hurt me than others. Though it doesn't change my faith, I just want to be alone.
