I'm a female to male transsexual in Texas. I'm a full time college junior, so I have goals and ambition. I'm a very kind, generous and extremely open minded person. I'm tired of being alone and I miss intimacy and human touch.

Smoothann..why are you implying transsexuals are homosexual? Didn't you ever take a sociology/psychology/or human sexuality class? Gender identity and sexual orientation are two entirely separate entities. I am a transgendered person who was born a female, but I am a male inside. I am sexually attracted to females..however, I view myself as a straight MALE who likes GIRLS. I just happen to have the wrong body and equipment. So..SEX is between the legs, GENDER is between the ears. SO...before you go preaching about how alternative sexual lifestyles is WRONG...when you can give me a better arguement than that, maybe dive into a bit of research that I'VE done on the subject and can come fully armored, THEN we'll have a battle of wits and see who's right or wrong. I have scientific research to back MY claims? What do you have? A fictional book written thousands of years ago that people can only put "faith" in?

Please...I didn't ask for your views on the RELIGOUS aspect of what I'm doing. It's NOT FOR YOU TO JUDGE ME...don't they teach THAT in the Bible too? Give me a break and keep your judgements to yourself.

I'm gay and I don't know if I would date a transgendered person...I'm assuming I would if I got to know you and got all googly eyed and stuff but....my question is....would I technically be straight? I don't think so....but it was just a question I had....But I'm not against dating anyone...love is love

Sounds like you did buy into that the two separate issues complicated each separate issue. I do not. I had a gender dysphoria with a formed sexual attraction to the same sex and realized late in life they were separate issue. i did not live as a transgendered person, i did not become a transsexual with a sex reassignment. I have asked Jesus Christ for help with all concerned and now realize I have a gender identity crisis, that is often categorized as gender identity disorder. I am not a recovering homosexual practicing homosexuality, but know that in time I will be healed.
You will find a love soon, but you both will be living in sin, and I recommend you do not have the sexual reassignment surgery, that you ask for help now in the name of Jesus Christ for all concerned. You was tempted to be a male before you existed, you agreed with this and decided not to do the will of God Almighty, you can repent and stop saying you was born this way, or that God Almighty made you this way. Read the story of Eve.

I agree with smoothie or whatever was her name and with ishelp.
I was a lesbian for a long time, but now I have changed. BTW I also thought at the beginning that I had to change sex so that it would be ok, but it is never ok to be homosexual.
I think I told you before, I have a friend that is MtF transsexual and he regrets what he has done. I guess you're young, so THINK THINK THINK WELL, before you make that operation, ok? wait until you're 30 or so before you do it. that is just an advice. you don't want to have that thing between your legs and feel unconfortable about it. BTW: the scars under the breast, HM. How can someone do that...everyone will see you're a transsexual. what kind of manness is that, you can't even walk around without t-shirt....you can still make a turn around.

I've read many of your questions and you seem like a great person. I'm sure that there is someone out there who isn't closed for you. Just keep looking and don't give up. Don't listen to the closed minded bigots on here either. If you need a friend you can get in touch with me.

I would, if I got to know you better *and I wasn't already in a relationship.* I, like many more females nowadays, look at the person and not the peices. I know of many transmen that have successful relationships with women, genetic or otherwise. There is hope, just keep looking.
