They are so egotistical and deprived of attention, that it makes them feel 'powerful' to get a rise of out of a christian or religious
person. I guess an (atheistic) psychologist would say they lack
self-esteem, but I think it is just the opposite-they esteem themselves wise, and are so PROUD in their heart that they must
attack all who do not 'believe' (in nothing but themselves) as they
do!

I live in an area of the UK with more than its share of beggars, shoplifters, alcoholics and smackheads. They are seemingly attracted to this area from across the UK because it appears to be an easy touch and there seems to be homeless shelters everywhere (all of them full). While I would agree we all have a responsibility to help those who would help themselves and those who are unable to help themselves this should be a local responsibilty to local people. No local authority or local population should be expected to have a duty of care for those who dont care. If they belong to the area fine it is our responsibility to support them and get them into programmes, if necessary, if not we should provide them with a one way ticket home.
I appreciate there will be cases where this might not be feasible i.e. where there has been abuse or violence but all of society should be looking for an answer to this problem.

Recent polls show that he is neither. Think of all the good that can be done with frozen embryos in fertility clinics that will be discarded in any event. I am begging the question I know, but it seems like such a waste.

It seems whenever people hear running water it makes us have to pee. I am curious how many women that this happens to and if you get out of the shower to pee in the toilet or if you just pee in the shower. For men, the answer is pretty obvious, we just aim for the drain, it all goes does the same pipes anyways. Besides, peeing in the shower not only saves time but, also saves water and keeps the floor dry. If any of you ladies do pee in the shower, have you ever done it while showering with another individual?

For the next week I have absolutely nothing to do at work. I am mostly spending my time online looking around at what is the latest in the news and other little things. I am not that interested in playing games online. What do you all recommend I do with my time? What do you do at work when there is no actual "work" to do? I need to stay here all day and I can't do anything obnoxious out in the open where people can see me! I do have a computer here at my desk so I could do anything online that's not noisy.

I've noticed that theists spend a great deal of time making statements about what their god is like, or what is going to happen to people after they die, or how the universe came about, but strangely they never provide anything to back it up. Why is that? Without some kind of support for your statements, you might as well be earnestly telling us all about hobbits and pixies, for all the difference it would make.

Where's the evidence? Why don't you feel the need to provide any?
