If you were truly babtized, you'd be losing your lower fear based ego -- with no desire to return. 99.9999999% of so called 'Christians' who claim to be babtized are still fully embodying EGO not DIVINE. Don't worry -- they didn't 'get you.' Only the transcendent kosmic Love of divine within YOU could do that!

If this happened to you as an adult, or even as a child older than a toddler, the baptism isn't valid because you didn't consent to it. You were not really baptized.
If you were baptized as a baby or very young child, though, that's different.
If it was a Catholic baptism, then it counts. It can't be undone, anymore than you can say that your mother isn't your mother.
If you were baptized as a baby or young child, it's true that you didn't ask to be baptized. But you didn't ask for your parents to be your parents either -- yet they are your parents anyway, like it or not.
That's why, technically speaking, there is no such thing as an "ex-Catholic." Once a person is baptized into the Church, they are Catholic for the rest of their lives -- even if they stop practicing the faith, and (yes) even if they are formally excommunicated.
That's the way it is for Catholic baptism. As for baptism in non-Catholic churches, it depends on the church.

You're already unbaptized. You never were a true believer in the first place, so no worries. You keep living the way you are and you will end up without Him (or any taste of His blessing) forever. In this life we have tastes of Heaven and of Hell. No one on this earth has experienced either, but you will no matter what you do. Right now you're all set to experience forever the place where there is only pain, suffering, regret, agony and profound sadness and despair. Yup, you're good to go.

Dear mutterhalls,
Baptism is a public act, that is done before others, so that you can proclaim your decision to live a life pleasing to God (that's why it's before witnesses). So i would say that if your personal feeling is that you don't want to be baptized (then it's pretty obvious you choose not to identify with Christ), than don't worry about "undoing" an act that was probably not genuine. If you understood what the Baptism meant when you did it- and your just sliding back- then that's a whole different deal...
Hope that helps,
Nickster

If it was with water you don't have to worry about it because true baptism is with the holy spirit thru preaching of the true gospel. Water cannot wash away what is inside the consciousness of an individual. You went in dry, you came out wet, nothing changed.

O.K. here's what I would do. Go to a deserted dessert area and roll around in the sand while saying "the lords prayer" backwards. I haven't done it yet. But, my baptism was just for my parents anyways, and god ignored it. So, I don't feel the need to purge myself like that at this point.

If you were baptized and went through it without belief and faith, then at most you were sprinkled with water or had a bath. If you did not accept the sacrament of baptism, you aren't baptized, unless it was done to you as a baby.
If it happened to you as a baby, and you have not made a confession of faith since then, I wouldn't worry about it

Un-ring the bell, un-think a thought, un-sing a song, catch the wind-nail it to a tree and paint it in bright colors.
Tain't no such thang. Just behave in a self-absorbed, immoral manner and fall from God's Grace. That should do it.

No ceremony. Simply tell God, in no uncertain terms, that you want out. I'm sure that will work. It's worked for many others, including Aleister Crowley, Anton Xandor LeVay and several other occultists.

Why don't you Un-pray... have you no respect...
If you didn't want God's blessing you didn't get it...
Baptism don't save you anyway... it is just another "work"
God's grace( Jesus ) saves people not good works....
Grace is something that you choice to recieve or not... and if you don't want it... you don't want God.... and if you don't choose God... you choose to walk right into hell... I mean He cannot force you to stay with Him in heaven, niether can He force you to love Him. hell is the only other place that you can go... forever without God....
May God show you the Truth...
And may God bless you and yours...
In Christ love, splinterjah
