If a person is always talking about how they are the best employee at their job, and about how all these people want to date them, and how they are so perfect and special, ect. does that mean that they have a HUGE ego or that they are overcompensating for being insecure?

alot of times, people who have to brag out loud, are REALLY insecure. THey want to hear good things about themselves so THEY have to say it.

Big Ego = love me, I am perfect, I am special. I am God's gift to the world.

Low Self Esteem = I have to convince myself and others that I am worth being in this world

In the case described it sounds like it could be Big Ego.

Low self esteem probably. That person was probably bullied when he/she was little and they are compensating for not feeling good about them selves.

This kinda person still needs 'Parental Guidance'. For me = I gotta blame it to my mother on my personality...

That's why school still need to teach PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. SOME MOTHERS DON'T REALLY HAVE THE TALENT TO 'properly' MOLD SUCH CREATURE.
