At my sons baseball game a lady put her lawnchair down right in front of me and opened an umbrella for shade. It blocked everything. I heard her turn to the person next to her and said quietly, "I probably am in the way." My husband and I folded up our chairs and immediately moved far away, even though we had been there first. He said that should have "sent a message". I think we should have said something, but what? Any ideas?

Seriously. Christianity opposes everything progressive. Christianity is against homosexuals marrying, abortion, protecting the environment, stem cell research, feminism, and equal rights. I personally believe that all Christians should be crucified on a cross just like their mythical hero!

The christian bible encourages igonorance how can anyone take it seriously?

Christians should not practice free inquiry nor socialize with non Christians:

I'm not here to offend anyone. I'm a Christian and I love the Lord and everyone else. In fact, Jesus even tells us several times that the greatest commandments are to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and to love others as ourselves. I also believe in calling sin what it is and not compromising. But I don't understand why lots of Christains think that gives them the right to be flat out mean and ugly to other people (both Non-Christains AND fellow Christains). The Pharisees and religious leaders did the same thing, and Jesus rebuked them more than anyone else. Why? Because it was the attitudes of those religious leaders that kept people from knowing God. It is no different today.

this is wrong in the sense god gave people free will to choose or deny god so to force someone to beleive in what you preach or die is against everything that god stands for and shows that the muslim faith only preaches hatred and not love! but also remember god still loves them even if they are denying gods will on all the people!
