Throughout the world, religious leaders have preached love, peace, and goodness, but they have practiced hatred, war, and ungodliness. The Bible describes them well. It says: “They publicly declare they know God, but they disown him by their works.”—Titus 1:16.

In keeping with Christ’s command to love one another, Jehovah’s Witnesses refuse to hate or kill their brothers, even though these may be members of another race or nationality. (John 13:34, 35)

Yes, unlike people of other religions, Jehovah’s Witnesses have truly beaten their swords into plowshares. By remaining “no part of the world,” as Christ directed, they are indeed different from other religions. (John 15:19)

How an End to War Will Come

The Creator, Jehovah God, will end war by eliminating all war machinery and those responsible for it. A Bible psalmist invited readers to consider this exciting prospect. “Come, you people,” he wrote, “behold the activities of Jehovah, how he has set astonishing events on the earth. He is making wars to cease to the extremity of the earth.” (Psalm 46:8, 9)

Your question is so true!
The bible teaches the Christians to love and forgive, but in these bibles, there are stories of wars and horrible diseases, such as that of Moses. Moses saves the people, but spreads a terrible disease throughout Egypt. Isn't the whole concept of Christianity to forgive and move one? However, that's not the concept of people. Sometimes, it's hard to forgive and when someone attacks something they treasure. Look at the Holy War. Look at the war between Israel and Palestine. Was this all necessary to gains just land? People kill each other to gain. In sense, many are just being selfish. Look at how many people they hurt. In the bible(I'm not Christian, but I used to go to church) it states that God takes a part of himself to make each and everyone of us. Yet, the people who call themselves "true Christians" kill those people who God worked so hard to make. I wouldn't call these people "true Christian." Look at George Bush. He always says "God Bless You" at the end of each speech. Look at how many people he has hurt. 9/11 was horrible, but it wasn't all of Afghanistan's fault. Americans had some fault in it, too. Why do you think they attacked. I don't know the whole story, but it involves George Bush's precious oil company. How many people died from that when they can now be with their family and other beloved ones. It's truly not about words, but action.

I have no religious beliefs, I am just curious as to which Christians support war. Isn't it more man's support of war so man can "get" what man wants.

Look into history, and there you will find war after war fought in GOD's name. It would seem that war is in Christianty's blood. And that's not even covering their need to torture; see Spanish Inquisition for details.
