No... never... He was and is a beautiful angel of light... that sometimes fools people just because he is so beautiful and they think he is ugly and horned and with a tail.... No bible verses to support that notion. They may be referring to some of the graphic images in Revelations that talks about horned beasts....but they do not refer to Satan himself.

Technically, Lucifer wasn't the most beautiful of the angels, he just thought he was. All Lucifer ever talked about was himself, and he only worshipped himself instead of God. God decided to cast him into a place called hell(from here I'm only guessing...sorta) where Lucifer could rule and be king. You can start by reading the Bible and looking for references and such, but other than that, I don't think God turned him into a horned beast. I believe he was already a horned beast because he was evil...he was....the devil.*gasp* :D Good Luck!

Satan as a horned beast is the imagination of man. God cast him out of Heaven when Lucifer thought he could sit by the hand of God and have the same powers as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (also known as the Godhead)

He was cast from the heavens and left near the earth.

Other angels joined Satan in his rebellion. (Luke 11:14, 15) These angels "forsook their own proper dwelling place" and materialized human bodies in order to enjoy sexual relationships with "the daughters of men" in Noah's day. (Jude 6; Genesis 6:1-4; 1 Peter 3:19, 20) "A third of the stars of heaven," or a minority of spirit creatures, have taken this course.—Revelation 12:4.

The highly symbolic book of Revelation depicts the Devil as "a great fiery-colored dragon." (Revelation 12:3) Why? Not because he literally has a grotesque, ugly body. We do not know, in fact, what kind of body spirit creatures have, but likely Satan does not differ from other angelic spirit creatures in that respect. However, "a great fiery-colored dragon" is a fitting description of Satan's ravenous, frightful, powerful, and destructive spirit.

Satan and the demons are now severely restricted. They can no longer materialize as they apparently once could. Shortly after the establishment of God's Kingdom in the hands of Christ in 1914, they were cast down to the vicinity of the earth.—Revelation 12:7-9.

Isaiah tells about Lucifer, but the "horned beast" part of it was legend.

For some reason he got mixed up with the Greek god Pan, who was a pretty rowdy guy.

No, horns in the Bible are traditionally spoken of only symbolically anyway - like in revelations I think they're a symbol for power.
Besides what would make a better "Great Deceiver" A big monster looking guy, or someone a little more appealing to the eye?
