I agree there are some christians out there that are not true believers but why do people charge all of christianity because of the actions of a few? Thats like saying that all white people are racist or black people are thieves, or that everybody from the middle east are terrorist, which is all untrue. So,Why judge a whole group because of a few people. No bashing,Serious answers on this one.

courthouse lawn, but then put their religous symbols in public places that offends christians? I think that us christians need to take a stand against this act of other religions putting their symbols up in public places if christains can't put theirs there. it just makes me sick to my stomach sometime to hear someone grip and complain because a cross is hanging at a school or some other public building and not grip and complain about other religous symbols of another religion hanging in those places.

I keep hearing African-Americans say, "can i ax you a question?". Why does that word consistently get mis-pronounced by the same group of people? Where is it coming from?

so much of what man went through then and we are going through it now? I mean take for example in 1 Kings 18 the people didn't believe in God and they wanted proof so He did in verse 38. The people questioned Him even then also the men of Sodom wanted to rape the angels for sexual pleasure, which is wrong but we see that today! David got a man killed to take Bathsheba for a wife! It talks about the attitudes we even still deal with today! I mean we are still doing things that may hurt others or as stubborn as they were back then. It just goes to show how man has not changed.

we do these things today what is so different?

When I tell people I have tolerance for all religions but I'm staying where I am, they still try to convert me. I keep telling them, but nooooooo, I have to be THEIR religion, or I'm being mislead. Do they have no idea how hard it is to tolerate that? I don't get mad, I try not to get mad, but they keep telling me and telling me. Is there a way to tell them to f*** off nicely? Without offending them? While still not insulting their religion? I've tried so many ways, none off em work. (Oh, and by teh way I'm Wiccan)

I am a Jew and I think this is a valid question.

Did you know that Jews:

-have the highest agerage IQ of any racial, religious or ethnic group
-on average score higher on the SAT than any other group
-have the highest literacy rate of any group
-have complete control of many industries including: medical industry, media (news, movie industry, etc.), banking, finance, stock exchanges, diamond industry, and some of the most powerful lobby groups in the U.S. promoting Israeli interests.

This is not just a coincidence is it? Why are we so powerful as a group and why do so many people hate us? Shouldn't people respect us more if we are the most powerful minority group in the world?

Scientists from the Evangelical Center for Faith-Based Reasoning are now asserting that the long-held "theory of gravity" is flawed, and they have responded to it with a new theory of Intelligent Falling. According to the ECFR, there are many phenomena that cannot be explained by secular gravity alone, including such mysteries as how angels fly, how Jesus ascended into Heaven, and how Satan fell when cast out of Paradise."Let's take a look at the evidence," said ECFR senior fellow Gregory Lunsden. "In Job 5:7, we read, 'But mankind is born to trouble, as surely as sparks fly upwards.' If gravity is pulling everything down, why do the sparks fly upwards with great surety? This clearly indicates that a conscious intelligence governs all falling." So, what do you think?

If you believe God exists and you can ask him one thing, what will it be?

Last year I had the opportunity to travel with our Churches outreach team to Mexico City. We lived in a garbage dump for 12 days. We went down with a team of 300 people and met up with Matt 25 ministries. Everyone gave out of their expertise, some medical, some gave hair cuts, toy give away on and on. I had the high honor of "shoes"...I fitted children with brand new shoes & socks..some for the first time. One little girl came over to me wearing plastic 2 liter bottles with string holding them on her feet. It was the highest HONOR of my life to take them off and place on her little feet a new pair of shoes..I will never forget that as long as I live.
I thought to myself if I would have never met the Lord I would never have met this little girl and she would not have recieved those shoes that day. See..we all did this because he told us too..thank you Jesus!

Is there anything better than serving the Lord?

If God exists, and became the flesh, and died and ascended, why do you tell me not to take any other part of it literally?

If God chooses to create the Earth and the stars and the Sun in a week, why not take this literally, its God of course its possible with God!

If God wants to make a man named Jonah and send him to Ninevah and he wants to go his own way of course God can make a fish to swallow him up, its God, of course its possible.

If God wants to literally flood the Earth, why say this isn't literal, its God, of course it could be possible with God!

If God wants to reign fire and sulphur from heaven, don't suggest this isn't literal, of course its possible with God!

If God wants to send the Angel of Death to Egypt, don't say this isn't possible, with God its possible!

Don't tell me the Earth isn't flat, of course this is possible, with God all things are possible! Don't tell me to pick and choose what is literal and what is not its GOD ITS ALL POSSIBLE
