I do.
Are you taking Spanish in school? Are you a native speaker, but you don't really use Spanish?
In either case, I suggest you should study your grammar rules and practise a lot with native speakers, watch Spanish TV and movies, listen to Spanish radio stations, listen to Spanish songs, read Spanish books, get some Spanish-speaking pen pals or chat to native speakers on the internet, and take a trip to a Spanish-speaking country if you can.

Study for a few months in a Spanish speaking country. It really isn't terribly expensive if you find the right program, especially when you consider that a month abroad is probably worth about 2 years of classroom learning. Plus the subject really comes alive when you're able to experience it hands on.
Immersing yourself in another language is the only way to learn it well, and have it be useful to you. Taking classes or doing self-study programs are nowhere near the same as actually being there, where you're forced to listening, speaking.... learning. Plus, you know that what you're learning is how the language is spoken in real life. I studied Spanish for 7 years in high school and college, then spent a semester studying at a university in Mexico. My skills improved more within those 6 months than they had within the previous 7 years. I only wished I had studied abroad sooner.

Yes, just say your R's properly, complete the whole roundness of the words like the words with O's and U's, try to listen some people speak Spanish and you will get it, don't say the E's like in English, the I's in Spanish sound like the E's in English.

modulation! is a soft key, the only hard letter to pronouns is the R, and RR, again, Mo-du-la-ti-on of every word, each syllable can be mo-du-la-te,......it will give you great success. and confidence, Talk slow, and think in what you are about to say, also went you want too said something, use some expressions, minimum gesticulation with hands and body, quick body movements are acceptable, more for man, while Woman can be delicate and feminine and take you time to say a/o add something to a conversation. .... don't go overboard!!! is best to be sensual not-knowing as to be sexier, and knowing-it even in private.

To speak a language well, go to somewhere it is spoken, get a good professor, with a good method, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, and PRACTICE
