Everyday some one asks a question like this one about god. But when I ask them "have you ever read the bible, or been to a bible syudy group" (or any of the holy books) they tell me "no" I ask "have you ever talked to a Priest, minster, Rabbi, Etc. about this?" Once again the answer is always "no". How can anyone make a decision about a question without doing this? If your having a math problem you read the math book, or talk to the teacher or maybe sign up for a extra class? Why is it people mostly young say things like this with little or no information to know whats in that book or philosophy of whats it's built on?

There are many reasons for God to exist. He is the alpha and omega, he's EVERYTHING! And by the way he's the one that gave you life to wake up this morning to actually have the nerve to ask such a question of that nature...THINK ABOUT IT!!!!

There are so many that space would not permit me to expound on it. He is the sustainer of the universe, holds it all together, from the smallest of molecules to the largest celestial body. Take Him out of the picture, and the universe ceases to exist. You wanna try your hand at the job?

he pretty much is the magical answer to all the questions that spark fear in people - ie what happens when i die?
it comes down to people being afraid of the unknown. there are thousands of questions like yours on this thing, maybe you'll want to read some of them.

Someone to trust in, someone to make you feel like not giving up, some one to help you when feeling helpless, even though I'm not sure if his real or not I feel like he makes everything a little better.

Some people need him to believe in for reassurance and guidance.
Others, like myself have family.

religion. no one believes in fairy tales but no one want to go to hell right. it isnt proven but there are signs everywere that god is real. this isnt hate male its just the truth, guy.
