Why hasn't anyone realized that god is the ultimate terrorist? All your life, he holds you hostage. If you don't meet his demands, he will throw you into a fiery pit for all eternity. I don't ever remember asking you to do that. You guys need to chill out a bit.

I see that sometimes you use that bible thing to justify it sometimes. Some of you seem to think that it was me who wrote this book or inspired it.I mean come on, I can't even use spellcheck. I appreciate the biography but man have you got your facts wrong !

I finally got around to reading the bible the other day and woah ! Are you guys way of the mark or what.

I didn't smite anyone and what's this about a flood and plagues of locusts ? Ugh I hate insects. I didn't realise that they would evolve.
And a flood ? LOL. i get seasick watching Speed 2. As for turning people into a pillar of salt ! I'm allergic to salt so cross that one out. I get a big rash. Uggh.

And NO, I have nothing against gay people. Sheesh !

If you must make up stories fine, but please don't use these stories in order justify to hating and killing each other.

and female has 24 ribs whereas men only have 23...

and god in the bible said he created adam, the blind ignorant obedient human clay, based on his (DNA) image...

then whose (DNA) image was Eve created after? a female being with XX chromosome and 24 ribs and a strong will to be free form ignorance with the ability to procreate and nurture life itself?

certainly whoever that entity was, she was not god and SHE was more intact and complete at sub-molecule level than God (if a man's DNA image is mapped after God's DNA image).

isn't XY is a defected form of XX? and isn't 23 is less than 24?

You know, I'm not saying this to be mean. I know there are lots of different beliefs out there, and I'm not looking for people opinions on who is right or wrong. My question is this: has anyone ever met a happy, forgiving, generous, kind, purposeful, athiest? It just seems like all of them that you see on here asking and answering questions are all bitter or uptight or self-righteous, or closeminded. I know that people in every faith are diverse, and I'm not saying one religion or faith is more likely to be happy than another, but I'm just honestly asking if an athiest can be truly happy, at peace, and well-adjusted.

I know know that us italians are not the only ones steriotyped but movies make it horrible to grow up as italians along with other races.
