Most people just drive in life's slow lane, the "lemming" lane...they just "go with the flow".

Unfortunately, if you've ever watched water operate, you'll notice that going with "the flow" generally leads one "down the drain".

Others like to live life in the fast lane, always reacting wildly, taking chances, seldom satisfied with much but MORE and MORE

Then there are those who take the car pool lane by sitting their blow-up date on the seat, so they can be the first to arrive at the 7-11 to hoard all the orange Pixie Sticks.

Yet others prefer life in the ongoing lane. Now there's where the gourmet excitement is. Think of the rush. Playing chicken with nuclear waste tanker trucks and dodging death until you get powdered by a ginormous truck of Lil Debby Snack Cakes!

Personally, I take the bus. For a buck and a half, I get a chauffeur, so I can spend the whole ride line-dancing with space aliens in the bus aisle.

Don't be a wussy lemming, Alda-lou.

Live fast and die laughing is my motto. Life is living on thin ice most of the time. So from time to time, dance.

I was thinking that the "slow" lane is for those folks that let life happen to them, - they go along for the ride, -let the "flow" take them where they are going.

While the fast lane folks, are mission oriented, task oriented, see themselves as the first-and-foremost "author" of their destiny.

Don't you also think this analogy fits better?
