Crystal....Italians are also known for their good looks, their figures and their clothes sense. I told my son we were mafiosi and he grew up really believing it when I was actually kidding him.!!!!! Guess it was a huge mistake on my part but I never thought for one minute he would take me seriously. anyway alls well that ends well....he isnt in the maifia (yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) lol..Take life with a pinch of salt. Put any male in the world next to an Italian and the Italian....nine times out of ten will put him in the shade.....girls? What about Sophia Loren and Gina Lollabrigida....who on earth has been able to compete with them,...especially Sophia who at this age still looks terrific.

In the movies the majority of Mobsters are Italian so it is a bit stereotypical. It isnt right that you should feel uncomfortable. People shouldnt tar everybody with the same brush.

Personally ide date an italian anyday of the week if you threw me one
Mobster stereotype isnt so bad...what if it was watermelon chicken eating gun toting woman beating black man?

It is gross media-fed stereotyping that affects any people and makes them appear disagreeable to other people. We just have to live with it and counter stereotyping with realising and accepting the good things that are true. Many Italians are kind, generous and enjoy good company. I know. I have visited the beautiful country three times.

Blame the TV. And films. They're the ones who've stereotyped all italians.
