that christian ppl knew about Muhammad, but didnt believe in him because he's not what they expected!?
you -christians- yourselves said that jewish ppl did not believe in him although they knew about him but they thought the Messiah was to fight against Rome Empire, so they didnt believe in him. what if you -christian ppl- were told about Muhammad but you didnt believe in him because he did not come from Israel like all prophets did?! i mean, Muhammad did not deny your religion, nor Moses' book. he came with the same things but added more to make a religion that works for all time and place! What do you think?

Some say the bible should not be taken literally. My question is, with this being the case, should the ten commandments be taken literally. When it tells us that we should not steal, kill, commit adultery, coveth our neighbors property, and to honor our parents should these things be ignored. Whether you believe in God or not are these things not to be taken literally? Is it okay to steal, kill, commit adultery, lust after your neighbors's possesions and disrespect our parents? When you rebuke the bible did you know you are rebuking the morals set forth in the ten commandments as well?

churches are tax exempt, prayer in public schools start with the words *dear Jesus*, and the bible is taught as literature i smell a theocracy around the corner. I hope people realize this and do something about it.

He is always loud, rude, and mean. They are dirty and make the neighborhood look bad. I am in a lease so I can't move for a while.
They also block my driveway occasionally, its as if he is looking for a fight. Any suggestions?

A small close group of friends since high school always get together to take each friend out to dinner for their birthday. Each friend has always chosen relatively reasonable priced sites. However, this year one girl has chosen a 4star site. Her family is rich (compared to us) but that has never bothered us/her. Still nicknamed princess, we're all good friends but we all have relatively simple incomes. She does too. However, we believe she should repick a restaurant relative to what we're all used to instead of picking the 4 star one. How do we get her to figure out common sense? She's already come up with "well it's my birthday and if we're good friends then why can't we go to my choice of restaurant" question. How do we reply? We're tore between the special occasion, income, and friendships.

So let me get this right. According to the Bible God gave the old covenant in front about 2 million Israelites and they all heard prophecy at Mt Sinai.

The New Covenant was affirmed when Jesus rose from the dead and was seen about 2 dozen people and was recorded by people who did not see the event.

did I get this right?

You see, we are not all hateful anti-religious satan worshippers. lol.

Personally I admire many of the teachings of jesus. Whether or not jesus was real or not many of the teachings attributed to him are admirable.

I also admire Buddha in many ways especially for his encouragement of simplicity and peace. i also think that meditation is very benficial.
