My son when he was nearly three, was sat on my lap. He looked up to the ceiling with a curious look on his face and seemed to be watching something move across it. There was nothing I could see there, so I asked him. He told me there was a 'funny' man crawling on our ceiling! I asked him to say what he looked like and he described him as having really, really long arms and legs, big eyes and a really wide mouth with spikey teeth. The Occult and Supernatural has always been a part of mine and my ancestors background, my son also seems to have a mind for it. He, at that age, had not been influenced in any way by media and such, to have seen anything like that as really, I'd like to keep him apart from that way of life....I was just wondering if anyone(with an open mind, so that rules out 99% of xtians)had any idea what it could have been? Or was it just a really good imagination!?
I was spooked when it happened and I don't spook easily!!!(spooked at his description if anything!)

Christians are always going on about halloween is evil, harry potter is going to hell, the easter bunny is the devil- but painting easter eggs, christmas trees, caroling, the yulie (did I spell that right?) log- its all pagen. Why didn't christians come up with their own tradishions?

I'M 22 and I know that I fighting with a demonic spirit. When I have these dreams I rebuke the demon and they go away sometimes I have to pray a little harder but non the less the leave me alone and I keep sleeping. Well last night I had this dream of a lady and a man I believe I cant really remember.... you know how dreams are! Anyway this person was coming for me and as they were coming I continued to rebuke them and pray but as I kept praying I said that Jesus was Lord and then.. I said something about 5 wounds that Jesus had from the cruxifiction. As soon as I said that the demon lol dont laugh at me. The demon said what? And immediately I lost all confidence!! I dont want to say I was scared but I was daunted by this thing and I just woke up!AFTER thinking I realized that Jesus did have 5 wounds(2 feet, 2 wrists, and pierced once in the side) at the cross..not the other beatings. What you think? I grew up in church and love Jesus. Real christians pls answer. Not some silly answer

I'm talking about things like pharmaceutical drugs vs. natural cures (for simple ailments), processed food vs. natural whole foods, c-section (when it isn't necessary) or epidermal vs. natural birth, formula vs. breast milk, etc.

I realize convenience is a big factor in a lot of these choices, but there are still arguments over things like whether breast milk is actually better than formula....

I have an opinion on this, but i'd like to hear yours

when our ancestors were inslaved by the white man, do you believe that they were christan?

back then, if you were caught prayin to your god you would be killed.

after a hundred years our ancesters were here, they finally let them read the bible for the first time.

do you know what you can do to a book in a hundred years?

the white man gave us that religion to make us a better slave. they told our ancestors to do good for them and you'll go to heaven when you die. why do you have to die to be in heaven?they were livin in heaven when our ancestors were doin the labor.
they told them love your enemy, if harmed turn the other cheak, they told them that so when they was beatin them, our ancestors believe that they would god to heaven for usin non-violence.

if they don't treat you you right.. why would they teach you right?

im not racist,i just wanna know your thoughts..

I know there are such groups for military spouses, etc, who don't get to see their honeys often, but I've looked and haven't found anything for families of offshores oil rig workers, boat captains, etc, who are kept from their families on a regular basis b/c of work.
