I asked a series of questions that had to with having faith in our scientific observations. Theories in essence seems to be nothing but faith in what we observe.

My choice of question had to do with having faith in certain scientific theories. Of course there are theories for or against just about everything. However, the personal attacks were in abundance.

Ignorant moron was my favorite and they all assumed I was christian and I was told to go read my bible.

No where in any of my questions did I mention God. Only faith in science, essientially.

Whenever I asked questions that pertained to intelligent design and creationism however, those same people applaud me.

I'm not a physicist and I'm sure some of my questions might seem naive to scientists. Wouldn't real scientists answer my questions with at least something more than a personal attack and without obvious bias?

Even if it is an inquiry into the nature of faith and science?

Why the personal attacks?

What is the difference between an idiot and a moron ..... or someone who is subnormal or ...... insane?

I am having difficulties because I don't quite know what to make of people sometimes, and I am wondering about people who look normal but sport a distinctly abnormal behaviour pattern...... not that they throw around dust bin lids .... but that they seem --for example -- to love getting into trouble ....or that they sit there and wait for a chance to jump into a situation that they sense will annoy someone ... or to stir up trouble somehow ...

The problem, to my mind is that they know perfecly well what to do and how to behave but they have a quiet way of going against the grain and making life awful for others...

Ex: elderly man not senile goes over to newly-hung wall calendar and flips up the pages month by month ... same person goes over to shelf with new plant cuttings and leaves his scrumpled-up candy wrappers right next to the new cuttings...not all there is to do

I am looking for an explanation or medical/emotional terp to describe self inflicted emotional torture. Kind of like sadomasochism for the soul/emotions. I have an "X" struggling to move on and this is what is happening. They ask for detailed (and I mean detailed) descriptions of how I am moving on. I know it hurts and I really don't think I should answer.

Last night my girlfriend and I were talking on the phone about all sorts of thing. However when I started talking about the girl who works where I work getting fired, she acted as if I liked her, I got a little cranky and said " No, and it is a little annoying you seem to think I like every single girl there is" normally I do not talk back to her, get pissed at her like that, however I had been a bit tired of her thinking I did. I don't blame her though. Well, she said " Well thats because you are a liar.." See.. that is my problem. I do lie and fib, and I hate it.. I really really want to stop. You see not counting her I have had three serious relationships in which all I have fell in love but, been screwed over and hurt. I never cheated on them, but in between those three I was a man whore, something I am really not proud of anymore, actually very ashame. So when my past come up and women are brought up no matter how hard I try.. I end up fibbing. I don't want to

Ok here we go..........I am stationed in Iraq. We live in tents and I have everybody take thier shoes of at the front of the tent to prevent mud and dirt to spread throughout the tent. When I leave my room has to be organized the same day everyday. I think about people walking around the tent with thier shoes on and it drives me crazy. I have to be early for everything. If I am late it drive me nuts. As for my home in the states. Everything has to be neat. If something is out of place I have to put it back. So what do you think?

We are in a changing world of reality. We happen to be rejoiced whenever we experience the positive sides of reality. Never we might have expected what contentment it brings to everyone of us when we face sudden triumph, as winning in a lottery, contests, and other prized stakes - all but WINNING, or simply just receiving blessings from Him, that can really CHANGE our lives in a very meaningful way. But how do we become aware of the other side of reality? When we happen to experience sudden failures, as losing money, breaking up with girlfriends/boyfriends, being victims of calamities, that can AFFECT also our lives to the point we are to lose hope. How positive you are when you are on the negative side of reality? How eager you are when you know triumph is ahead of you, but least expect things to happen. Do you believe in "Expect the Unexpected" saying?Citing experiences are highly appreciated and very helpful. Thank you very much. Good day to all of you...
