Well, first things first, are you man or woman? Secondly read about Tantric Sex, there are tons of resources online or even at the local library. Try breathing deeply and focusing on the sensations, do not think about yourself during sex, it is about the stimulations, not what you look or sound like while getting off. Good luck.
