I thought that ridding myself of any type of indulgence such as these would allow me to think more clearly, but all it has done is make me realize how unhappy I am in life. Am I going about this the wrong way?

I seem to have more energy when there is a full moon and I have trouble sleeping. I can sense when there is one even if I haven't looked at a calendar. Anyone else?

apparently there was a guy on the today show (australia, channel 9) who was talking about how the environment wasnt as bad as everyone said.

i need links to this, from the website, youtube, or any website that tells me about it.

i DONT want to hear that it is that bad.

at the moment, i dont care.

my job is to prove that it isnt, and thats all i intend to do.

your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am mixed (black and white) but most of the kids I skate with are black. I mean our white friends even call us white so we ditch talk to some black friends and they say the same, we ask why and they say "because blacks don't do that" or "that stuff is gay ***** get a life".

ALSO . If we as black men and women can not except others of our own race how will we ever be accepted? Isn't that what Martin and Malcolm fought for!!! How can we as black people overcome racism if we cannot accept our own race just because they skate, or are smart, play hockey, lacrosse, or do other things, or anything else. Thats like saying whites can't be rappers, blacks aren't good leaders, and asians aren't athletic. These are racist, stereotypical, and angering. Some of these stereo types do have a little statistical basis but it's still racist.
Does anyone know any books on this subject

It seems that having a conscience is less a trait of education level but a "have it or you don't" type phenomena. Why are people so determined to have some type of enemy to the point of creating one if it doesn't exist?

The people WE pay to help people. And they sit around tables looking for ways to take their help away. Picking and choosing who they "feel" like
helping, and screwing people they don't like.
Leaving them on the street, and creating a constant
drain on Society and Your Tax dollars.

I know practically nothing about it, but I have to know for a report tomorrow.
Please don't give me any smart-alec answers, like "should've read your book" because I HAVE and I still don't understand.
The topic i have to write is "Possible Economic Means for the Crusaders."

My soon to be husband was just offered a new job at the University where he is getting his master's degree. He is a Zoology major and is in charge of 25 small ponds where his research fish live? His boss just said that he would purchase a trailer to live in on the property near the ponds and we would not have to pay rent or utilities. The only problem is that I don't know if I can handle living in a trailer? What is your opinion?

I'm doing a peice of coursework on wheter or not we should test medicines on animals. This is going to sound really vague, but I heard a quote from some random guy a long time ago. I think that new Burger King commercial is sexist; I'm not a feminist; but I can eat that burger! I sure as hell don't eat that little. Even if I was on a diet, I would never eat that small portion of food that they showed.

Seriously my skin is white and my ancestor's came from Europe (Spain), just like ALL white people at one time or another (Europe). Yet people say I'm not white since I know Spanish!!! Why are people so ignornant and stupid in this country? I guess that is what happens when only 30% of the people over 25 in this country have a college degree......uneducated collective!!! I have white skin, ancestors are from Europe...how am I not white?

Sometimes when i drift off to sleep it is almost like i am stuck between half wakeness & half sleep; i am definateley not fully asleep as i am not dreaming as such & i am simewhat aware that i am awake but my mind will be dissoriented as my thinking will be distorted & get stuck on something over & over again as i toss & turn restlessly. If i completely snap myself out of it i can rarely recall what i was thinking but i do feel anxious & uncomfortable over that strange episode & restless sleep. Does anyone know what this is? I find i get this usually when i have studied a lot during the day. I am 24. Thanks
