Some people talk in their sleep. If you ask questions, they may answer.

By talking softly. Tried it and it worked for me. But, make sure it's when he/she is in a deep sleep. Works best when the person is really tired.

ESP? Channeling? Wishing on a star? Writing them a letter beforehand stating that you want to be in their dreams? Maybe radio waves might work.
