I honestly think a lot of people use the word ignorant without actually knowing what it means themselves (ignorant of ignorant).. I mean I'm racist, homophobic (literally afraid of gay people, not that made up definition) AND I dislike gay people... but I'm not ignorant at all.

You are an employee at a large commercial organization which has decided to cut back on its expenditures on travel for meetings by investing in a series of videoconferencing technologies. A new coordinating committee is formed to discuss how to alter organizational procedures to take advantage of this new technology.

Sample issues to investigate:
- should meetings be permanently archived and referenced for promotion/firing decisions by HR?
- should companies be allowed to monitor employee's use of videoconferencing as they do Internet and e-mail?
- what kinds of unanticipated problems and opportunities might arise from the use of this technology?
- how might the introduction and deployment of new technologies impact their adoption and use

Especially when the sky is blue the sun is warm and the breeze is soft and gentle. For those of you who prefer winter, the day after a snowstorm, when the snow glistens in the sun and everthing has a perfect coating of white on it. I believe each of those days are perfect in its own way. So I want to know what in life amazes you with its beatuy.

Free will is an interesting thing for humans, and I see a lot of really irresponsible and hateful ways of expressing this divine privelege. Once again, Im sure a bunch of ignorant and unthinking answers will flow in ~ as if to belittle and mock my question. But Im sure some of you will tell me how you use your free will to help our human population evolve towards true freedom and responsible stewardship of this lovely and living planet.

Just to state an example or two;
I used to enjoy watching documentaries finding them informative, interesting and educational, now these once great programmes seem to feel the need to remind me what I'm watching every 5 minutes and are so simplistic that nothing is really gained...
Another example has to be coffee cups etc which say " warning contents may be hot " I want it hot, I dont want but Bl oo dy cold coffee for things sake ... And all the similar labels that imply I / we are ALL idiots ... If you dont know that boiling water is hot should you really be out in the world to start with ...

Over to you .... ;-) ....

Once upon a time a professor of mine, while discussing a character in a book we were reading who feel upon misfortune, remarked: "Fair, who said life is fair?' Do you agree with his point of view, or disagree? Give an example only if you want to. Thank you.

I am teaching a Holocaust Course twice a week this fall to a group of Catholic High School Seniors. I need a book that gives light to the Catholic Response to the Holocaust during WWII - without completely bashing the Church - or else the school won't let me teach the course there. Please, someone help!
