It would be incest, not masturbation. Since the clone would be genetically the same as you, it could be considered a sibling, and if you had sex with it, that would most definitely be considered incest.

Very good question, I would say Yes cause you are getting yourself off. Of course if you cloned yourself it would be a much younger you, so it may be illegal.
