Especially when the sky is blue the sun is warm and the breeze is soft and gentle. For those of you who prefer winter, the day after a snowstorm, when the snow glistens in the sun and everthing has a perfect coating of white on it. I believe each of those days are perfect in its own way. So I want to know what in life amazes you with its beatuy.

Hey Chad L, I do recognize everything that is wrong with the world. However if you can not stop for one minute and take a look around, soak up and marvel at the beauty around you, then you might as well stop living. Its easy to list everything that is wrong, but are you doing anything to change it? Most of the answers on here, are by people taking just one minute to be amazed with the beauty of life. You're entitled to your opinion but it is sad if you see life that negatively. I hope you can see the beauty of life someday.

In the fall the soft cool breeze the crunch of leaves under foot. The smell of the air is spicy, like leaves burning or a fireplace. You are not too hot or too cold. In the fall the colors are brilliant it seems like everything is clearer and crisp to the touch. I feel more alive in the fall.

what amazes me the most in life is to see the sunset at the beach it is so beautiful to see a colorful pink and orange mixture of colors in the sky and the immensely size of the water of the beach. It is just a miracle how water and sky and earth can unite so inperfectly but perfectly at the same time. Its like perfection within inmperfection. Seeing the sky and stars and all this beautiful places of nature and just the way natture is makes me think... why is it ppl think that we just came out of a "cell".. out of an explosion... isnt it too much perfection?. Isnt it too much beauty?. ANd somewhat makes me believe that there has to be a creator of all this since there is always an artist for each masterpiece.. dont you think?

I have the exact same thoughts as you. I am amazed by all the tall trees that have been on earth for hundredes of years. I am amazed by all the little insects that have no purpose to the human race. The most amazing beauty of life is the tropical rainforests. While there is war and evil things happening all over the wold, I imagine the most peaceful place to be is in the rainforest ! Try listening to solitude music.

do you write? because if you don't you should start! you're very poetic and descriptive. you make me want to take a vacation!! i'm glad to see someone who is amazed by the many beautiful things that exist in life. it seems that the world is so preoccupied with the ugliness and horrors of life that some of us have forgotten to look beyond. babies and little children are beautiful (not the "bebe kids" type!!). sunsets reflected on water are gorgeous. warm summer days are comforting. time with your loved ones doing absolute nonsense is joyful. finding the connection between the beauty of life and the spirit is our purpose in life. sadly enough, many of us live and die never experiencing this beauty or finding the spiritual connection. keep looking for the beauty in life and the beauty will reflect through you and all you do.

Seeds. So small and simple looking yet they carry life. Dandy lion seeds are just blown away by people and become flowers everywhere. The little nut of a tree can grow into something huge and beautiful. Makes you think about how good things really do come in small packages.
Actually just that nature knows what to do and when to do it. God has created just a perfect planet for us. It's the only one like it.

In Cambodia hundreds of girls who have barely hit puberty are having sex with men three times their age for less than a dollar, at this very second.
Israel is at war with lebanon, and Palestine soon.
The following nations are two or three incidents away from war:
US and Iran
Israel and Iran
US and Syria
Israel and Syria
Japan and North Korea
US and North Korea
Iraq and Iraq
The environment is dying every day.
But production and demand for oil still rises.
Teens are becomming sexually active at younger and younger ages.
Teenage pregnancy is no longer taboo, it's almost common.
Most people are bad parents.
Most people will do some emotional damage to their children, eventually.
Most people had some emotional damage done to them by their parents, eventually.
We are both dying as we speak.
If there is a god, when we do die we will have the pleasure of facing our every mistake while praying for salvation or some form.
Unless you choose the wrong religion, in which case watch out.
Though, If there is no god, when we do die , it will be blackness, and nothingness, for the rest of eternity.

Ahhhhh, I can picture everything you say...
I love seeing the sky change in the afternoon, before it sets.
Picture it, you are hiking up a mountain to watch a sunset. The mingling sky is filled with pink, blue, orange, purple and the clouds change from horse feathers, to puffy marshmallows. You inhale the aroma of your surroundings, perfect... pristine. The sun, formed like a perfect sphere of fire became to desend.. returning to its home everyday after a hard day. Its lasting rays poking out from behind the mountain. Ahhhhhhh.
Think of the novel famous ---WALDEN, by Henry David Thoreau.. he is nature's boy!
Life is so beautiful... so I hope people can be more cautious to keep the future in high hopes.

Ride your bicycle to work/school!
People need to stop worrying about materialistic stuff and see the beauty around them.

You are a poet.
I am amazed by nature. That seeds can grow trees. That hummingbirds can fly, but not walk. I am amazed by the care I see demonstrated by wildlife mothers for their young.
But I am not sure that anything amazes me more than the ingenuity of a spider building a web or the number of times he will patiently rebuild after that intricate design is destroyed by wind, or rain, or human beings.
I am amazed and appalled by mans' distain for the planet that gives him life.
