Cavemen didn't "dwell on this earth millions of years ago." Evolution-wise, man split from the ape many thousands years ago.
"Adam and Eve" did have biological parents (would you say they had navels?). When God made them in his image as stated in Genesis, it was in a spiritual sense. God gave them a soul to grow spiritually, and the angels to be our servants. [I hesitate now because I don't want to proselytize]
As far as what they looked like? I would guess like the early h.sapiens we now identify early man as back then.

If you believe in evolution, I guess Adam and Eve would have began as microbes in the Ocean. If you mean the first homo-sapien there was probably no Adam and Eve, just an Adam or an Eve; because I think that evolutions next step towards humans would have been through the birth of a single child. Now, if you believe in the Old Testament then I guess they would have looked just like you and me.

Maybe, but beauty is in the eye of beholder. And you have a good point, before they sin, they didn't feel cold?? Their hair bodies are enough to protect them. But after they sin, the hair came off, and they need clothes/leaves to cover up.
