say you won 10 GBP and you had the option to delay the win for 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 years. How much would you like in those respective years? I need this data for an economic experiment.

An example:
1 year: 11 GBP
2 years: 13 GBP
3 years: 15 GBP
5 years: 20 GBP
10 years: 50 GBP

The price of crude oil, unleaded gas, and other energies has spiked sharply lower recently (as you all know). Of course, this coincides with the upcoming congressionals.

I thought that it was pretty obvious that there was a correlation here. However, I was informed that not everybody agrees with this. I'm trying to hear from both sides on this one.

Also, whether someone is a democrat or republican shouldn't be brought into issue in this question, thank you.

Does anyone here agree that although there are seemingly many policies put in place to curb poverty, very few bodies or individuals actually care whether the outcome of these policies have real effects on the people who really need them? It seems it is something people want to take care of, but don't want to get their hands or pockets dirty while at it.
