Data on GDPs are easy to come by. The biennial OECD World Economic Outlook will have them - see oecd.org/document/18/0,2340,en_2649_201185_20347538_1_1_1_1,00.html
as will the IMF's publication International Financial Statistics.

For the turnover of large corporations, you'll find a list of America's largest businesses at: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/cp?s=^DJI

You'll then need to click on the ticker code at the left for each company to get to the stats for that company, and scroll down the stats until you find its annual revenue. For Boeing, for example, click ticker BA and one more click in the left column that comes up on "key statistics" brings you to this http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=BA

where you'll find their revenue at US$56.73 billion.
