If the leave is "not utilized" within that year then the rule is that "the unused leave will not be carried forward to next year leave entitlement" so I have to take the leave within that year itself. Now this year I took only 12 days leave, I did not take 3 days leave. What is my leave entitlement for the succeeding year?

a) 15 days, unused leave from one year is not carried forward to next year.
b) 12 days, unused leave from one year is carried forward as penalty to next year
