We already ousted Saddam; we're just there trying to slowly settle things and get everything organized so we can leave.

that is been shown that a military victory by potential of US troops everywhere is impossible as long as there's a Dumbocratic social gathering around to bypass on and on how we cant win a conflict with all people and cut back off investment to make it take place. (it is what occurred with Viet Nam) The Dumbocrat social gathering of today has little to no resemblance to the Democrat social gathering of sixty years in the past. If the renowned-day Dumbocrats were around then, we would all be conversing German or eastern and there wouldnt be any Jewish human beings around. (for you liberal arts majors accessible, this is a witty way of exclaiming we would have lost international conflict 2) considering the fact which you (alongside with Sean Penn, and the different hollywoodiots who've in no way been there or have been wined and dined by potential of SoDamn Insane) are such an authority on Iraq, how are you able to describe why sixteen provinces out of eighteen are non violent and taking off to prosoper? you think of we would desire to constantly purely run domicile and enable them to get pulled into the chaos which might stick to and get hundreds of individuals killed? i assumed you libs have been such international thinkers and have been so worried approximately genuinely everyone everywhere. wager that doesnt incorporate Iraqi voters.

Victory in Iraq? Not happening but really, knowing how to spell the groups your talking about is one small step in the right direction. As far as victory in Iraq is concerned, you can't win what you have no control over and there is no control. Anyone that says there is is needs to open their eyes and start counting body bags and bombs. How many people took notice that as of today there have more US soldiers killed in this freedom fighting exhibition in Iraq then were killed on 9/11? Sounds like victory to me.

It took 10 years to establish a democracy in Japan, after World War II. Those things take time. And our country believes that the majority of the people want that. It proved to be true for Japan.

Its hard to say. One way to think about it is to compare it to previous wars and how long it took in those wars. That might give us a clue.
After the American civil war Federal troops occupied southern states from 1865 to 1874. In all but a few cases the States were run by military governors during most of that time.
After WWII we tried the leaders of Japan and Germany and executed many of them. We still have around 70,000 troops in Germany and around 40,000 in Japan? About 60 years.

If it can be done, it will take around 20 years for things to settle down. But even if it is possible, we don't seem to be doing a very good job of making it likely, nor do the Iraqis in power really seem interested in wanting us there.

It may not ever be won, but it will end 6 years after it began.
