It is when you know that you are in the dream actually dreaming ???I have had these kinds of dreams....Some people tend to wake up right away but I continue in my dream to see where it takes me :)) How about you?

i had a dream that i kept having this repeating nightmare, every single night, it would be the same exact nightmare. and this went on forever, probably several months and i didnt even realize it. and then i finally realized that i kept dreaming the same horrible dream over and over again. i remember it looked like hell, there was fire everywhere and there was a dragon.

so for some reason, i talked to my brother about it and he told me that it was my fault, that i did something to make this dream repeat itself. and the only way i could stop the dream is if i figured out what i did to trigger it.

so i went to sleep and i looked for clues inside the dream. and if i woke up,or had a wrong clue, i'd have to start all over again the next night. i messed up A LOT! i rememebr i'd get so close to figuring it out and then i'd make a mistake.

I have always felt that I had the ability to induce dreams on other people (usually sexual ones), even though it seems like a pretty weird thing and I don't particularly feel like it's anything special... mostly weird, haha.
Anyway, it's this nagging feeling at the back of my mind like "oh you want them to dream this? you can make them dream it, go ahead!" and I just feel like it's totally possible for me..
So, once I tried it with my boyfriend and it was a major success... He called me up and said that he had this great sex dream, and added the details that made me sure it was my fault. I've tried inducing different dreams for my friends, but they usually don't say anything about it unless I ask. But when I remember to ask, it always seemed to have worked.

I do sometimes practice various psychic tests like card guessing, mind reading and searching for missing things, but I never cared for the dream thing. Funny how it's the only thing I am "good" at.

The other day I had a dream sort of about my job at an Auto Auction.. but with a twist. I was hauling my coworkers and other people off to their death and it was at a fast food restaurant like a drive thru my job was to haul them their and they get into this thing and cremate themselves willingly. I comforted them but that was our job I talked to them all on the way to their deaths and we were laughing and joking and then it was like ok guys see you later. and they were like yeah ok jeff I will see you later and off into this big firepit machine they go laying down on the belt going into the fire. Ok this is really wierd! At my job we deal with death cars like this one car a dude got murdered in and another one a guy killed himself in and they are brand new 07 cars like a brand new impala and a big black F-150 FX4. I don't know why I am dreaming these dreams.. Can anyone interpret this for me? I am also constantly dreaming about my job too

Can anyone interpret the reason this place I apartment I used to live used to pop up in my dreams alot but does less frequently? You see, not too long ago (a month, two at most), I kept entering my old town (I moved 3 years ago and still have unresolved feelings) and old apartment, the one I lived in for 8 years, in my dreams. I eventually had a dream where my youth group and some people from school were at this afterschool party, and we ended up around my old apartment in the evening. A close friend from there ,someone from school and I walked in the old apartment, only to find a newlywed couple living there. Ever since, those kinds of dreams haven't really occured. I still miss my old town, as well as those I left behind. Why have I left behind that town/apartment in my dreams?

They say that if you die in a dream, you will die in your sleep.
I had a dream where a robber came into my house and shot me, and my soul left my body, I looked down on my dead body with bullet wound and blood running out, then I looked up towards heaven and began to ascend, but then i woke up.

How does that work? My friends don't believe me that I had this dream. I had it three times, on three consecutive nights.

A few people who know me well tell me I should do research. I've thought yes, it suits my thorough personality best and but look how long it will take (another bachelors in science and then onto grad school in plant research or whatever)! I am in nursing. In my dream I was splicing and injecting a gene via bacteria vector into a plant. My dream was black and white.

Is this dream indicating that I am taking this idea seriously (at least more seriously than before)--as a real possibility?

In this dream I see a herd of about 5 or 6 deer climing into and then laying down in a big tree. They are being led by a buck that I think the horns are so big it could be a moose. I spacifily say this in the dream that I think the horns are that big. I've had the dream twice now. So according to dream imagry, what do deer, trees and deer that resemble moose mean?

it down to sleep paralysis, funny how, " In the name of Jesus, go", worked for me every time, and also for others. Is this a paralysis of the mind? I've also had the opposite experience, a visistation of what i took to be an angel, who sat on my bed and held my hand, folowed by a magical experience, one of leaving my body and floating upwards, accompanied by a sensation of leaving all worldly cares behind. It seemed to be the polar opposite of the crushing experience. These dreams were distinct from any other 'normal' dreams, they seemed real.

P.S. I have a recurring dream of being at school and being very worried that I've run out of time to finish a project, either a history project or art project - both my favourite subjects. I also realise that I haven't attended a single class all year and have no timetable. I'd love some ideas from people, as it's apparent my subconcious is trying to tell me something.

I'd like to know what some of these recurring elements in my dreams mean?

Being in my hometown - Although it's been 7 years since I lived there, I often find myself back there in dreams. The people and events are current, but the time period is the past. It doesn't matter if the dream is good or bad, I can't recall any dreams that took place outside my hometown.

Dead grandparents - I have had countless dreams about my dead grandparents over the years. Many times they are resurrected, or I have an opportunity to save them, or they are sitting in a chair talking to me as a corpse. I've also dreamt that I dug up their bodies and preserved them, while trying to bring them back to life through magical powers.

Being heterosexual - I'm gay and completely out of the closet. Everyone knows, and almost everyone I work with is gay. So I don't have any hidden issues. But in many of my dreams, I am heterosexual. Why?

I do a lot of running in dreams too.

im in school, in the gym just talking with a friend. this girl that i really liked last year (she graduated and we havent talked since) walks in front of me. i grab her hand and i say hi, she says hi back but she has a sad look on her face. i hear something say "dance with her". so i get up and she finally smiles, and we finally had our first slow-dance. but when she looked at me while we were dancing, I woke up..

Ok last night i had a nightmare!!
I was at a house with some of my relatives. One of them had cooked a soup. Someone gave me a big bowl full of soup and I started eating it. It was clothes soup. There were pieces of white and red clothes and I was eating those! i could almost taste the flavor of those clothes... so dry like cotton and so dry that it would hurt my teeth..(and as Im writing this my mouth is watering?? wtf??) after finishing the whole soup i started feeling sick very sick.. and i felt like throwing up but i couldnt. My body was trying to throw up but the clothes were stuck in my stomach. I used my fingers, pencils..anything to make myself vomit but i couldnt. Someone told me that i could die of nternal bleeding because my stomach would be lacerated by the pieces of cloth. I went to the hospital and an x-ray showed my bloated intestines! they had to clean my whole intetsines and body.. it was weird. Now i've been burping clothes all day?? like a weird taste.. whats wrong?

i had a really weird dream lastnite i have a white buuny, so in my dream i ripped its chest open but it was still alive and playing with another bunny but its him just have another body and color he became black but my original white bunnt is playing with the black 1 , and they still both loved me, and i never believed in my dream that i would do something like that to him, i mean i had him since birth, so wat u think...

In all my dreams I have ever had its been impossible for me to commit acts of violence. Even dreams I remember from when I was way younger its the same thing. Anytime I try to punch, kick, stab or any other violent act an outside force stops me. Its like, idk how else to put it but telekinesis. Something pushing me back, as I push forward. Just putting me in limbo. This generally causes me to wake up.

Does this have like a deeper meaning? Or am I just over-analyzing?

I had a dream that I was having sex with a woman... and I am physically a woman (but mentally I don't think of myself as having any gender). It's the second time I've had a dream like this, only in this one I'm actually doing stuff instead of just kissing and I'm the dominant one like in the last one. I'm starting to think I'm subconsciously attracted to women or something... I don't have a problem with that, but I want to know what this dream might mean...

i dont know why but i never have good dreams...
its always a bad dream..
someones chasing me but i have no energy to run away from him...
or im hiding from someone and everyone is gone..
its just me alone..
or like snakes everywhere ( i have this huge fear for snakes)
and they all repeat later...
i know it sounds stupid but i really dont know why i have these bad dreams all the time..

me and my aunt got into a fight and she said i had to stay home, i could not do any thing else after school because she did not have time to take me home, and i told her i had people who could give me rides.

i was lock in my old home. it was dark and i was alone for a while. there were tigers gaurding the house so i would not escape. then my family came back and found me. i had been locked up alone for 20 years. i finally went out side. everything was so different, you had to use cards instead of money. and there was this one boy, he had grown so tall, he had to crawl to walk in the store. all of my friends were there. and i found one of my frinds that is moving soon. he was an old man. and he talked to him, but i could not undre stand a word he had said. i came back home and i had a get out sign on my door, but i went in anyway. i had found a fully sticked freezer than i never knew was there befor, then i just woke up

I dreamed that someone rang my doorbell and asked to use the toilet. He was dresed in the uniform of a local shop, so I wasn't suspicious. But as I opened the gate he reached into his pants where he had a gun concealed. I grabbed the gun from him and managed to escape, but didn't know if he was still in the house or if he had another weapon. I think I may have shot him, too.

For some background, I strongly disapprove of guns for anyone except the police.

Ok here is the dream. I had this dream aout 2 months ago but it bothers me and i have had a variaton of this dream twice.
I was in my neighborhood and there was this old wooden house sourrounded by dark trees and bushes. Like a hauntd house..but in m dream i didnt think so. I walked in the house and there was my best friend. We didnt talk but we went upstairs of the house and there was an attic. We really didnt care so we came back down, and the whole house where we had just been was full of people. There were kids and counslers from my old camp that i wouldnt even remember but when i look back at my dream i remember them. I went to this camp 3 years ago but i dont really remember the people. So then i saw sitting by a wondowsill by the house my frend from skool and she spilled a galss of milk. Then i went outside and my dad was there and there were giant rats and one bit my dad and they were HUGE! I was screaming but no one from the house came out and the sky was a tint of red.

I had a dream about tornadoes last night. I was in this big house and I was with my family and I watched two twisters, one right after the other, come through the neighborhood. They vibrated the windows a little but no harm done. What does this mean? I have a dream book and it said that tornadoes meant disaster in my own affairs, home and/or business. Are these dream books accurate? They have been accurate in the past but could it be that it was coincidence? Please tell me what you know. : ( I'm scared.
