According to the dream dictionary, the symbols in your dream may be as follows:

To dream that you are cleaning fish, suggests that you are altering your emotional expression in a way that will be presentable to others. You are censoring yourself and not expressing how you completely feel.
To dream that you or someone else is skinless (fish?), suggests that you are having difficulties in sensing your emotional and psychological world. You are experiencing anxieties about how you are being perceived by others. You need to look beyond the superficial and find the sensitive truth about yourself and about others.
To see a cat in your dream, signifies much misfortune, treachery, and bad luck. However, for the cat lover, cats signifies an independent spirit, feminine sexuality, creativity, and power.
To see a dog in your dream, indicate a skill that you have ignored or forgotten, but needs to be activated. Alternatively, dogs may symbolize intuition, loyalty, generosity, protection, and fidelity. Your own values and intentions will enable you to go forward in the world and succeed.

In short, I think, the dream indicates your anxieties and inner conflicts. You may be feeling a little exhausted and frustrated on account of making yourself more presentable. However, you appear to be looking forward to many positive aspects of life such as creativity, power, intuition, loyalty, generosity, protection, fidelity etc.

It almost seems as the fish had consumed the cat and the dog. I would say it says to expect the unexpected.
