Dream Interpretation

I know I have dreamt of stuff that is clearly a result of seeing or thinking something that day but often it is random to say the least. I dream of stuff that has nothing to do with my life but the dream is always a coherent story.

Here's the dream:

Well, the colour was messed up, the sky was red, the clouds were yellow, and the grass was orange, and many of the other colours were inverted. I had ran out of pet food so i walked to the store and they were filming an adult movie (porn) there and they thought i was one of the actors, but i said no so they threw me out the door and the next pet store was 20 miles away so i walked. along the way, i experienced hippies, stoners, clowns, and total nut jobs, and they all had a briefcase. I finally got to the pet store and when i got there, they ran out of the pet food i was looking for, so i shared a taxi with a clown who had a baby plant where babies are sprouting from a plant. There were babies from all colours of the rainbow, white, black, green, blue, purple, etc. A lot of them were drooling, and I felt grossed out. It took me home where i slept inside a cocoon.

I keep having dreams where my husband is hurting me physically. In one he shot me and in another he threw me against a wall. He doesn't hurt me in real life. I don't understand why I would be having these kinds of dreams. Any one have any ideas?

Some of you may have read or answered some of other questions this past week on precognitive dreams and how often they come for me. Well something I havn't mentioned before, or told anyone..is that the night before someone close to me or one of my family members dies.... I always ALWAYS dream of death. Now it doesn't have to be them, but I always see someone dying or getting killed. Just last night, my dads best friend died and this morning (after having a dream of a serial killer) all I remember thinking was.....who died? And 12 hours later, my dad got the news. Now....I dont want these visions anymore..I don't know if you can relinquish them but if I can, I sure as hell want to. Any suggestions/comments for me to clear my mind?

Everynow now and then I have dreams of the end of the world. One dream i have a great day at gym class, i'm in seventh grade. then sudenlly bombs drop all over the city. Everyone dies, i escape. Another dream i'm like in my late teens because i check into a hotel by myself. Its a really tall building and someone crashes a plane into it. Everyone dies, i escape. another dream i'm at home this time and i go outside to play some i'm like a little kid then. when i look up there are huge black planes in the sky. they start firing missles left and right. no one dies and the planes vanish. the only other war dream i ever had i was an adult because i was driving on the express way alone. bombs start droping on the roads and pepole get out of cars and run. i hide under the road and black out. when i wake up, its like the future, but there is another war going on. i think i was still in the same place but at a diffrent time. What could this mean?

Hi. I had a dream which woke me like a nightmere but it wasnt one This girl I am mad about but who will not speak to me and be my friend for reasons unclear but she says her bf has a problem, she tell me to **** off if I try and speak to her. Anyway in the dream she was on the bus and crying and i was behind her and I put my hand on her shoulder and smilied at her, she smilied back, then when I got home she rang me and when I answered I woke up with a shock.

Is this some kind of message to me. I am desperate to be her friend.

at present i'm in a foreign land but my dreamed was happened in my country... here was my dreamed- we will go out w/ my sister, unfortunately i can't find my wallet (which i'm recently using now) to the extend, i suspected that somebody stole it untill my sister found beside our bed......
Without knowing my mom also dream lastnight that the money which she usually kept on her drawer was lost and she didn't find it.. What does it mean, why is it accidentally seems related our dreams? pls. interpret my dream....

i had this dream that i found myself in this room with my friends. one of them wouldnt even talk to me. i asked her why, and she said that i knew why. but i kept on following her and asking her why but she just said leave me alone. in real life. i've kept on emailing her and she hasnt replied. she goes to another school. my brother saw her at this one place and he told me to turn around and I saw her. she was walking away like she was trying to find her dad or something, but she saw me. i didnt do anything mean to her. the last time we emailed each other was in August and that's it. when i had that dream i thought she really hated me. does this dream mean that she does hate me? I really, really need good advice.

Its strange, latley Ive woken up and done all the normal stuff I do in the morning, and then I wake up back in my bed, it was a dream,

I am actually having dreams about waking up and doing things that I do after I wake up.

Is this a sign of insanity, I think I might start to question reality, I think I could wake up at any time.

Okay, so I've posted my own dream on here just a few minutes ago (which most of you think is messed and we're not really getting close to an analysis- but that's okay, it is preety messed up.)

My stepsister who's older than me keeps having these "rape" dreams except she says that halfway through the dream she begins to "like it" and "really get into it." When she wakes up however, she is disgusted with herself and scared at what the dream means.

What do you guys make of this one? Is it just another weird dream?

I always have these horrible dreams. They're about big vicious dogs more than 3 Rottweilers chasing me they never bite but they get really close to. Most of the time they chase me alone. Again they never bite but they are always showing their teeth and an evil look in their eyes. . .i'm usually running and then i reach a fence and climb it, they bark and wait for me or sometimes im in a car and they surround it trying to brake the glass or chew on the car to get in and i can't drive because it's not my car and im waiting for a key to start it and take off. Most of the time im in my home and the dogs are in the back yard pushing through the glass door to get it. I need to know what my dreams mean. . .plz help.

i had such a vivid dream last night. it began with 2 of my closest friends writing their names on an old wall in the middle of the woods. suddenly their two partners came and started behaving strangely. they begin to realise the wall was sacred and then all of a sudden my dream goes to one of my friends boyfriends. he starts cutting his hands with a pair of scissors and it seems as though he cant stop. it changes from here and i am working in some sort of clapped out grocery store, my friends boyfriend walks in and starts snipping his hands in front of me. the thing is the snipping noise was so loud- i can still hear it now when i think about it

as you can imagine the dream scared the hell out of me.

can anyone tell me what this means?

I had a dream that i died. I didnt know i was dead until i was talking to my friends daughter and the other kids where wondering who she was talking to (they couldn't see me. Then I had a flash back I went to heaven and asked god to send me back so i could try to tell my friend that heaven and hell are real and he did. What is weird is that in my dream my family (who are christians) were able to see and talk to me but my friend was not. My friends daughter was also able to see me as well. . Also in my dream my friend and his daughter where about 2 or 3 years older but my family remained the same age. I also talked to one of my friends buddys that i dont know and he told me how i could get through to him. I grab my friends arm and yelled something then he turned my way but then i woke up. Whats also kinda weird is that i woke up on my back with my hand folded on my chest like a person in a casket. This is the strangest most vivid dream i have had. Can anyone translate dreams?

i had a dream last night that i was driving, and the steering wheel locked, so i couldn't turn, and i narrowly avoided an accident. Still, somehow, i ended up with a large gash in my foot and i had to go to the hospital. They began putting stitches in, and i remember thinking 'this doesn't hurt at all,' but i couldn't stop screaming for some unknown reason.

I had a dream that ended at a very unfortunate time (let's just say it was absolutely on the edge of beginning to get very nice, like within a second in the dream) when suddenly i woke up to the phone ringing. I have heard that dreams are actually played dozens, even hundreds of times faster than real time, such that the dream that seemed like it got cut off, in its approximate 20 or 30 minutes of run-time i can remember, was actually only occurring in the real-world over 3 seconds or less. The reason i wonder, is because if the phone rang once, my brain could have interpreted that to create an ending for my dream (through a seeming 30 minutes of story) that coincided perfectly with my waking. This seems to have happened several other times, where i wake at points in a dream that are relevant, instead of the midst of things.

So do dreams play out in your head at real-time, or are they sped up to being dream minutes flashing by in reality seconds as i've heard?

This is going to sound totally crazy, but within the past few nights, I've been having these strange dreams about things I regret happening or things I'm in fear are going to happen. I am not one who believes that people communicate from the other side or anything like that, and I realize that this is just Yahoo Answers and I probably can't get any real help from here.
I had received an albino ferret who was about a month or so old when I got him 2 years ago. He died last year. He had cance, but there were NO SIGNS. He was playful, ate, etc. I noticed he wasn't gaining weight, took him to the vet, and he died right there.
I just had a dream that I was sleeping, and he came over onto my bed and put his nose in my face to wake me up. He wanted me to play with him and pet him, and I did. When I woke up, I realized he wasn't really there, and now I'm sad.
I guess I just regret not taking him to the vet sooner.
Anyone else ever go through something like this?

Ok, I have a girlfriend I love very much. We've been together for a couple years. Things are going great.

But one night I dream about having sex with this other girl I know. It was actually amazing yet disturbing. I felt very guilty for some reason. But later I figured, no big deal. Then the very next night, I dream that I'm walking towards the end of the tunnel and I see a bright white light. A man that looks kind of like Jesus comes out and says "Be with her" I said "what??" He shows me a picture of the girl i had sex with in a dream the night before. I wake up as if it was a nightmare, I'm sweating profusely. I honestly don't have any feelings towards this girl. She's very attractive but I'm in love with my girlfriend.

What does this mean??? Is this a sign?? I told the girl and she finds it amusing. I know I could be with this girl, but she's a lot younger and I'm in love with my gf. What do I do or think? HELP!

Every few months or so I dream about tornados almost every night for about two weeks straight and I can't figure out why that is? They are never the same dream though most of the time the only thing in common are the fact that they all have a tornado. Someone wanna help?
