Plane crash = can't make up your mind in decision making.
In translation, you are having some problem decision what you will be in terms of your career goal. Projecting plane crashing on your job or career shows emotionally you feel disrespected and not being used in the fullness and you are feeling low and disrespected from people who are above you including your boss and coworkers.
