I dream of waking up and doing normal things?

Question

Its strange, latley Ive woken up and done all the normal stuff I do in the morning, and then I wake up back in my bed, it was a dream,

I am actually having dreams about waking up and doing things that I do after I wake up.

Is this a sign of insanity, I think I might start to question reality, I think I could wake up at any time.

Its like that episode of house when he got shot, like an illusion within and inllusion

Be thankful you don't have any issues you need to work out, it might be kind of boring just doing the same ol stuff in your dreams that you do during the day, but you don't have any serious issues on your mind to dream about, so you just review what went on during the day for future reference if you need it, or you are going through your morning routine just to keep your mind busy in the dream state, either way, sounds pretty good to me..

Maybe you just don't have anything else going on in your sub-conscious. It doesn't sound like insanity to me.
