Social Science - 5 August 2006

My mom doesn't really have any friends and she worries to much. she is in her mid 50's and currently i support her. she has been looking for a job but no luck... i do things like say nice job and complement her a lot on the stuff she does...
I love her very much and i want to see her happier and with friends..., but how does someone make friends at 50? Just need some few hints and idea's thanks

im 16 and when i graduate im thinking of getting my gen ed done at a city college in either san diego or la then transferring to their state to get the degree and then uc san diego or uc la to get whatever you get there. i want to major in social work and minor in physc. i know this is vague since i dont know what specific job i really want after i get all my schooling done but could any one at all give me like an estimate? im going to live in either la or san diego for sure. can someone give me the job oppurtunities ill have after i get all my schooling donce and an estimate salary (Starting and then so one?)

Yesterday i just came back from a cruise--- (around Europe) i was with my neice a 3 yr old sweet girl she asked me why does the ocean keeps on waving.... she had me lost. I answered her, because God is so great that He makes everything possible... She had a look of wonder in her eyes... I do not know what to say...
