Not really scary. I mean they're normal people. It's just hard for someone who's more on the shy side to accept that behavior. I think people that can maintain strong eye contact are confident

I have trouble making eye contact with myself in the mirror, but usually I need eye contact to communicate to the best of my ability, to see the others emotional condition and responses. Sure, some people are scary, but everyone's different, scary or not.

Eye contact bothers me immensely. Especially if the person is someone I don't know. I may just be paranoid, but I always feel like they're thinking horrible things about me every time that eye contact is made.

Sometimes. I think there's different types of eye contact is the thing. Sometimes, it just raises curiosity. Sometimes, it's a look of attraction, which is flattering. SOmetimes, there's something...creepy about it. So, there's a certain TYPE of eye contact that bothers me, and the difference is kind of difficult (if not impossible) to explain.

I have never trusted anyone who won't look me in the eye. The very best indicator of a person is to watch the eyes, they don't lie. If you have found them frightening or scary, you aren't looking deep enough.

I expect eye contact when I am talking with someone as it gives me a clue if they are listening. If their staring then that can get a little freaky and is just plain rude.
