How does introspection happen? Answer what you can if you can. Just felt this to be an important topic. You don't have to give college answer. You don't have to be a phd or professional. All ideas are welcome. Thanks!

Once upon a time there was a kid. He was depressed since people kep putting him down. He one day went to the store and bought a lot of baby aspirin. He swallowed one by one. Five minutes later, his heart stoped.

Remember this story the next time you are insulting someone. All seripous coments are welcome.

we do not have kids yet, but that is my point of view. i consider myself to be one that does not base all my buying decisions or my style on what i see other people buy, wear, etc.

in fact, if everyone is wearing a certain style or buying a certain new gizmo, i would likely not want it for that reason.

i want my kids to be individuals and see the value of being unique and not just going with the crowd or buying the newest thing out just to have it and be cool.

anyone already experienced this with their kids? how's it working out? just curious if my thinking has been "test proven" already.

what is their plan for all of the babies that would be born to parents that either cannot or will not care for them or for the welfare systems that already cannot handle the amount of needy kids out there as it is now? This is serious question that I've always wondered.

I have had these awful dreams about once every month for the longest time. People say you can't get hurt in your dreams, I beg to differ. I'm stuck, I can't move, and everything is black. Then something begins to poke my back. It's so painful, I can't stand it. Something surges pain through my spine anywhere from 1-20 times and then it stops, and I wake up. I'm so tired after I wake up, but I don't want to go to sleep again because I would probably have the dream all over again. I wish someone could help me, I'm only 12 years old and I've had this dream for as long as I can remember. I don't get it, I can't stop having it either! It's actual pain. It's gone when I wake up, but the thought is still in my head and it's haunting me. I can't move, I can't stop whatever it is from shoving whatever it is into my back, I'm so confused, I don't even know what it is! Does anyone know what's going on?
